Quiet with good parking facilities. Distance from the city centre and lack of any type of eating facilities in the area. The limited time that staff were available. |

I have not stayed in such a dirty, insalubrious hotel ever! The bed sheets stank on smoke, you had to hold your nose to visit the bathroom and my children coughed and got asthma from the damp, dusty atmosphere. I would never stay in a Balladins ever again, despite being very happy on previous occasions. I can not believe that this hotel was in the Balladins chain. Atrocious!!! |

Staff friendly. Fridge with freezer in room, ideal for travellers to refreeze ice packs and keep food etc cool! Everything you needed, ie bed shower/toilet and own tv, fridge, microwave and cooker if you chose to use them, included in the room price. |
