Nothing exept food was fair Size of rooms too small. Had booked twin but got double.Disabled but could not get wheelchair to bed, not enough room. |

Staff at the reception were very rude and incooperative. The lady refused to provide us with extra pillow as "some guests take away the pillows upon departure"!!. Same girl told us there is no internet so we had to spend most of our time outside the hotel to access internet; we discovered after 5 days from the mother of that girl that there was internet all of that time! |

Les chambre sont tres bien et le prix interressant L hotesse d accueil n a pas ete agreable et on ne peut pas arriver a 23h comme c est dit sur le contrat mais 22h30 et por l annulation ce n est pas evident de le faire sur internet lorsque l on roule |

Dans la réservation effectuée fin septembre, il était demandé un lit double et une chambre non fumeur. Il a fallu insister pour avoir satisfaction, car les demandes n' avaient pas été lues. |
