Nothing Staff in hotel was very unhelpful and rude. We were very disappointed. We had quite long drive to Clermont-Ferrand and we were afraid that we will not make it to check-in before 23.00 (reception closing time). On the day of arrival we called reception and ask them if there is an option to arrive after 23.00. The respond was: Rude NO and receptionist said that if we not show up we will be charge. At the end of day, We did not want to loose money so we resign from some tourist attractions on the way to Hotel and we got there before 23 and what we found .... fantastic late check in facilities. We were very disappointed that nobody offer us any solution to arrive late. On top of that receptionist did not want to be communicative. Basically no desire to help clients.

Clean room, comfortable bed, a good stopover Breakfast was very poor. Stayed there in 2007 and breakfast choice was far more than it is now. Was very disappointed. Last year we stayed at the b&b hotel opposite and breakfast choice was far better and for less money.

Une fuite d'eau nous a empêchés de dormir toute la nuit et le lendemain la responsable s'est montrée fort désagréable au lieu d'avoir une attitude commerciale (réclamation faite auprès de "Balladins")

-Situation près de l'autoroute -Facilité d'accès -Taille de la salle de bain (exigue, sans aération) -pas de prise électrique dans la chambre. -Tarif du petit déjeuner (7€ pour un buffet qui en vaut maximum 4€): rapport qualité prix pas du tout à la hauteur.

L'hôtel ouvre (d'après Internet) à 17h00 en arrivant j'ai eu la surprise de voir un papier sur la porte indiquant que l’hôtel serait ouvert à 18h00 j'ai donc été obligé de poireauter 1h00 lors que l'hôtel Kyriad à quelques dizaines de mètres était ouvert. Le petit déjeuner n'offre pas un choix continental.

Le personnel est on ne peut plus désagréable ; la gérante à considéré que c'était à moi de demander mes identifiants de connection wifi. Je n'ai pu le faire après mon arrivée (23h00), la réception étant fermée. Je n'ai pu envoyer un travail à mon employeur et j'estime avoir été injustement pénalisé. En dehors de l'hôtel Balladins d'Arles, aucun des établissements de cette enseigne et visités à ce jour ne répond aux normes minimales en termes de confort et de qualité de service.

Ce que je n'ai pas aimé: Salle de bain orifice de vidange des eaux de la douche en plein milieu de la salle de bain: resultat sol muillé et humide pour le reste du séjour dans la salle de bain. Boulons de fixation de la télé débouchant dans la salle de bain sans aucun soucis de masquer ceux ci . Du travail du bricoleur du dimanche. A part cela le petit déjeuner est correct et d'un prix abordable.

L'hotel est trés bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute. Il dispose d'un restaurant qui peut être bien utile. Il y a une connexion internet gratuite dans toutes les chambres. C'est un trés bon hotel pour une étape sur la route.

Facilité d'accès - accueil - propreté et matelas en excellent état - Le petit déjeuner est très correct mais je le trouve un peu cher. Il y avait de tout mais rares sont les personnes qui prennent le matin des oeufs, du bacon, du yaourt etc...alors 7€50 pour 2 croissants et 1 morceau de pain je pense que c'est un peu excessif
