The room was warm and comfortable. We stayed Thursday night and Sunday night and they let us leave the car there in between. Everything else. The bar and restaurant have very limited hours and the restaurant very limited choice and is not even open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The location is poor, being at the back end of a retail park.

Accually , i want to say something for the hotel. I am a chinese student studying in France now, This hotel is near to Beauvais airport because you can take a bus directly arrive.And Also the WIFI is good.

We got the hotel receptionist to arrange for a taxi to collect us in the morning and drop us to the airport. The taxi was on time but when we got dropped at the airport we were charged €30 for a trip that took no more than 8-9minutes and should have cost about €12-€13. when we complained the driver explained that she came from 10 miles away and charged us for that.We were not happy about this as the receptonist should have ordered a local taxi.

Convenient location for two stopovers as part of our journey to the South of France & for our return north. Nice friendly welcome, chance to speak French. Booking in very easy following online reservations. Rooms clean & tidy, decent size & comfortable. Breakfast room, food quality & quantity very good. Felt safe & secure. Would be nice to have coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Shame the restaurant was not open in the evening (we stayed one Thursday night & one Sunday night)

Staff can't speak and understand English. Hotel is to far from airoport, as we thought. Infomation about how to reach hotel from airoport - it was nothing at hotel webside. And in fact it was easy for us only because we met nice taxi driver, who told us about bus. So the best way is take bus to the centre and then bus nr. 3 or 8. Go out at area with a lot of magiasines - Auchan/bus station. In the morning the best way to airoprt is suttle bus. Price is only 1 Euro per person. Cost of taxi is about 18-20 Euros.

The stuff is nice and good English speaking. The breakfast is simple but enough for me. The location is not very convenient, from the airport the best choice to the hotel is to take a taxi which will cost around 18 euro( at night). There is no public transport information even i sent an email to them. From the hotel to Paris you can take bus no.3( the bus station is also not easy to find...) to the last stop and then change no.1 to Gare SNCF(2 stops), the train station of Beauvais from which to Paris( ticket:12.7 euro one way plus bus ticket 0.9 euro) or back to the airport and take the shuttle bus(15 euro one way).

Its close to the airport I would say, its clean and quiet. In addition, you have a number of facilities around it. I had a movie like experience at the hotel, the lady who checked me in was marvelous, friendly and helpful. The one who checked me out was horrible, not fit to work in a hotel that caters for international guests. In addition, the hotel management should think of installing telephones in rooms for guests safety (to call reception in case of emergency) or comfort, calling out if need be.

I really liked breakfast and the comfortable bed. I was very unhappy about the lack of transportation. We had to walk on foot to the train station, which took us more than an hour and also walk back at night. I think it is the biggest problem in Beauvais for the people,who come from other countries and do not have their own cars. Now I am curing terrible blisters on my swollen feet. The hotel staff should think about a car,which would take their guests to the centre of Beauvais ant to the airport. Transportation is the main reason why I would doubt recommending this hotel for friends.
