The bed was comfortable and it had wifi.

The lady at the counter was incredibly rude despite the fact that I spoke to her in French (she realized that I was American when she heard my accent even though everything I said was grammatically correct).

Quite close to airport.

There was no wifi! No working heating in the room!

Staff can't speak and understand English. Hotel is to far from airoport, as we thought. Infomation about how to reach hotel from airoport - it was nothing at hotel webside. And in fact it was easy for us only because we met nice taxi driver, who told us about bus. So the best way is take bus to the centre and then bus nr. 3 or 8. Go out at area with a lot of magiasines - Auchan/bus station. In the morning the best way to airoprt is suttle bus. Price is only 1 Euro per person. Cost of taxi is about 18-20 Euros.

The room was warm and comfortable. We stayed Thursday night and Sunday night and they let us leave the car there in between.

Everything else. The bar and restaurant have very limited hours and the restaurant very limited choice and is not even open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The location is poor, being at the back end of a retail park.

There is too much noise at the hotel and the receptionist is not friendly at all and she cant speak English, just everything was not as it appeared on the internet.

Very basic and poor quality. Very little space for relaxing. Bathroom dirty, rooms need an upograde.

Convenient location for two stopovers as part of our journey to the South of France & for our return north. Nice friendly welcome, chance to speak French. Booking in very easy following online reservations. Rooms clean & tidy, decent size & comfortable. Breakfast room, food quality & quantity very good. Felt safe & secure.

Would be nice to have coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Shame the restaurant was not open in the evening (we stayed one Thursday night & one Sunday night)

The stuff is nice and good English speaking. The breakfast is simple but enough for me.

The location is not very convenient, from the airport the best choice to the hotel is to take a taxi which will cost around 18 euro( at night). There is no public transport information even i sent an email to them. From the hotel to Paris you can take bus no.3( the bus station is also not easy to find...) to the last stop and then change no.1 to Gare SNCF(2 stops), the train station of Beauvais from which to Paris( ticket:12.7 euro one way plus bus ticket 0.9 euro) or back to the airport and take the shuttle bus(15 euro one way).

Far away from BVA airport, about 15 minutes' drive. Reception service is poor.

Very, very small room, the stink in the room was terrrible even opened window didnt help and the windows are like in a prison
