Breakfast was nice. We arrived late but they have a machine so you can check in yourself, you get your key with a code to open the door. They also have a terrain where you can park your car, it is closed also. It is near the high-way so, excellent to spent the night while you are travelling. The bathroom is too small. No separate soap bar and shampoo bottles, but a sort of multi-use liquid, which is the soap and the shampoo. I would expect more for the price.

Near to my company and one tram stop ventilation is bad , very small for how much I payed, towel smells, booked for queen bed only have two beds room left. bathroom is so small that I could barely turn around

Pas grand chose.... La chaine Canal+.... Très déçu. On nous annonce une remise des clés à 14h, nous avons eut les clés, il était presque 15h. C'était pour l'heure de remise des clés que nous avions choisis Balladins, pour nous faciliter dans notre court séjour et dans notre timing. De plus, les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité : chambre étroite et douche en trou de souris. Et en plus, la clim sentait mauvais.

la moquette du couloir sent la cigarette et est visuellement dégradée. La chambre à mon arrivée n'était pas propre, par contre le service durant le séjour est très correct. La réception des chaînes TV est insuffisante.

Proximité des hopitaux. Buffet petit-déjeuner varié. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Propreté insuffisante, chambres sales par endroits. Photos mensongères : impression de grandeur des chambres alors qu'elles sont toutes petites (type cabine de bateau), je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain qui ressemble à un cagibi...

La jeune fille de l'accueil, Nathalia, a été d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme parfait. La température beaucoup trop élevée du couloir du 1er étage. Le dôme en verre ou en plastique fait effet de serre et le couloir n'est ni ventilé, ni climatisé.
