Our stay at the Balladins Hotel was a stop over en route for the ferry at Zeebrugge. There was safe underground parking that made you confident to leave belongings in it and only take what was necessary for the night stop. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the food was good value. All in all a very comfortable stop over and one we look forward to repeating in the future.

Quick check-in and out. Friendly reception staff. With fair English Convenient overnight stop-over for journeys through France. Quiet location. Choice of restaurants close by. Convenient for Autoroute. Easy to find. Value for money breakfast.. Basic room furniture. Our room smelt damp. Bedside tables missing.

Accueil au petit déjeuner sympathique. Petit déjeuner simple et classique. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Les enfants ont été dégoûtés, nous aussi. État très vétuste. Chambre exiguë. Rue très bruyante. Quartier "zone" Rapport qualité / prix inacceptable. Parkîng fermė inaccessible. Les produits du petit déjeuner sont d'un basique !

Les petits dej sous forme de buffet à volonté!! C était bon et varié avec des petits pains et croissants tous chauds! Idéal après une nuit de sommeil agitée : l hotel se trouvant à deux pas d une grande route, c était fort bruyant si on ouvrait la fenetre! Le bruit de la route juste en face de l hotel

Wij zijn op doorreis en maken maar enkele uren gebruik van een kamer in Hotel Balladins. Voor een kort verblijf is dit hotel uitstekend en comfortabel genoeg. Alles is aanwezig; prima bedden + air conditioning. Ook een plus punt is dat als je een kamernr. opgeeft je inderdaad deze kamer krijgt.

A proximité de l'autoroute et à moins de 5 mn en voiture de la ville d'Orléans. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 pers, propre, très calme malgré la nationale, personnel attentionné très accueillant et de plus un parking souterrain sécurisé. Bref, un hôtel a recommandé ! a coté de l'hôtel se trouve un restaurant grill ''Buffalo grill'' que nous avons trouvé formidable à tout point de vue ( salle, personnel, rapport qualité prix )

Voor het vierde jaar op rij gebruik gemaakt van dit hotel op onze terugreis naar huis vanuit vakantie in Spanje.Ligt voor ons op een gunstige afstand.Kamers en bedden zijn goed. En het ontbijt is voor franse begrippen ruim voldoende.Omdat we vrij laat geboekt hebben konden we geen 4 persoons familiekamer meer boeken.Maar we kregen netjes 2 twee-persoonskamers naast elkaar. Het leek erop dat de kamers al een tijd niet meer waren gebruikt, want het rook wat muf en op sommige "moeilijk" bereikbare plekken lag er wat stof.Maar nadat de amen een kwartiertje open hadden gestaan was het weer dik in orde en hebben we lekker geslapen.
