Rooms are very small, we had a twin with a bunk bed which was very low banged my head on the metal corners, had to put a towel on the edge so couldnt do it again.
On entering the foyer floor covering on stairs was ragged. the room smelt dirty and in fact the whole room had a very run dow, grubby feel. We stayed in three other comparable hotels on our return to uk.this was most expensive and certainly the poorest
The heat had to be switched on each time of arrival at the hotel . Staff was adviced the first day , the next day was the same .
Very clean room. Very cheap but good facilities - shower especially was very good, hot and good pressure
Way too hot in the room - needed the window to be open! Breakfast was not worth the 8€, the range of cereal especially was not very good. People making lots of noise in the corridor outside the room early in the morning. (I stayed on a Friday night so maybe this would not be a problem in the week)
this hotel is very quiet inside and outside
a bit expensive
Comfortable room with a very friendly staff. The staff noticed I didn't eat breakfast one morning and at check out they made sure I was credited back for this.
Wasn't closer to my work. Not really their fault.
Location Local Restaurants
Size of room Shower space
Fairly cheap and comfortable beds
Some of the decor was rather tired
rooms were small. no kettle to make a morning coffee.
Near public transport to the city centre Frendly staff
Wifi didn't work couldn't get connected
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were accepting of my "fractured French" in a most gracious way.
The room was minute. The bathroom was also very small.
The shower and the carpet were dirty and stained.
lots of hot water for this basic stay for one night only,
Very clean white bedding and good towels.
Tiny shower, kept hitting the shower tap. Very low bed but that was not crucial.
Low price and all the essentials provided, fast check-in.
I cannot complain - you certainly get what you pay for.
Good location, near restaurants and an Auchan supermarket.
The hotel is a little run down, could do with some tlc.
Blankets on bed, unpleasant smell in hotel & room & we were very unfortunate to be there when large group of School children arrived late in the evening & were extremely loud & disruptive (banging on our door).
The purpose of out stay was to stop over on our Drive to Saint Emilion in Bordeaux. It suited that purpose but I would not recommend it for any other. Very basic hotel, dated furnishings, small room size and not well maintained. There were stains all over the bathroom and carpets. It was also about 5km from the mason restaurants strip- Rue de Colbert so a car is necessary. The city was pretty though. The staff were friendly enough and pointed us in the right direction for a lovely meal.
Clean comfy bed, plenty of hot water
Small room, no kettle and no bath
very helpful when our arrival was delayed until 2am.
Easy check in and reasonable price
The toilet seat are in plastic very light it's for kids ! Te shower are fine just the French way in. Box not built in But this fine for the few nights as per price paid
extremely small rooms, not very clean where someone smoked inside even if it was a non smoking room. Very slow wifi connection. This hotel shouldn't cost more than 35 euro/room
