We stayed at the hotel as a stop over during a long drive through France. Location made it easy for us to get on the road the next morning. Small room (which didn't bother us because we arrived late and left early the next day), but it had a great shower.

helpful staff, trying to guide us by telephone, when lost in the industrial/business suburban jungle extremely difficult to find, not in the hotel zone, no direction signs, and hotel sign not visible from 20 meters away (+ no street names or numbers)... no hot drinks or teamaking facilities

Confort basic. Prix adapté à un court séjour pour raison familiale ou pour affaire. Service efficace. Les chaines hotelières "budget" en France ont tendance à trop réduire l'espace : les lits dits "jumeaux" et la cabine de douche sont trop petits et il est préférable d'arriver avec très peu de bagages...

Sa situation, son rapport qualité/prix, équipement propre, personnel accueillant. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, donc pas de problème de bruit. En cas de forte affluence, je pense que le problème serait différent. Connexion wifi gratuite.

J'ai apprécié la chambre triple, avec un lit qui ne soit pas en hauteur, pour un enfant en bas age, comme c'est le cas chez certains concurrents ! Il manque de la lumière sur le devant de l'hôtel et sur le parking en effet, même l'enseigne n'est pas illuminée et de la route, on ne sait pas que c'est l'hôtel !

Excellent accueil de la part de toutes les personnes de la réception et toujours avec le sourire. Elles étaient très disponibles durant notre séjour et furent de très bon conseil. Il est dommage que les fenêtres ne soient pas munies d'un arrêt de sécurité ou qu'elles puissent s'ouvrir vers le haut pour permettre une ventillation la nuit durant l'été et même cet automne où il a fait très chaud.
