Cleannes, Parking availability Special mention to the young girl at reception that night we arrived, excellent help when I got lost so I could arrive, thanks to her for the warm reception, she turned a stressfull day into a relaxing break. Doors of shower need to be fixed, water comming out.

Reception 24/24, large choix au petit déjeuner, bon rapport qualité- prix, bonne situation géographique (10min en voiture de Tours), parking gratuit, personnel très accueillant. Portes des chambres très bruyantes, et murs fins, le matin on se fait réveiller tôt par les déplacements dans le couloir. Chambre très propre à l'exception du dessus de lit à l'odeur suspecte.

Personnel souriant et dévoué,hotel et parties communes trés propre intérieur et extérieur,décoration sobre mais récente, fraiche et moderne. Doc. touristique généreuse,hotel non bruyant, accessible 24/24,facile à trouver (RN10) idéal rapport qualité/prix,petit déjeuné trés correct (viennoiserie fraiche). Réservation trés facile par internet. Salle de bains un peu exigue- pour des grands gabarits-, (douche et toilette) ainsi que revétement de sol glissant ,( et posé à la va vite....ch 208 ). Rappel de fermeture de la portes de chambre ferme,et claquement des portes des chambres de bon matin.

Chambre insuffisamment insonorisée (porte ne filtrant pas du tout les bruits) il faudrait rappeler aux clients de respecter le sommeil des voisins... Lit accompagnant trop petit pour un ado de 1,85 m !!!

Sa situation, son rapport qualité/prix, équipement propre, personnel accueillant. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, donc pas de problème de bruit. En cas de forte affluence, je pense que le problème serait différent. Connexion wifi gratuite.
