A good overnight stopover, with friendly staff and adequate accommodation and restaurant.

Bed was hard, pillows too soft/thin and it wasn't possible to sit on the toilet and close the door. Corridors were stuffy and the room became too warm during the night, even with the a/c down low.

Food was excellent. Room was spacious. Staff were welcoming. Location suited our needs.

Central heating very noisy throughout first night but we were given a different room for the rest of our stay which was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

there was a restaurant on site so after a long day travelling we didnt have to go out looking for somewhere to eat. convenient just off our route.

- Near the highway on your way to the ski resors or going back home - Dinner is really value for money and served fast - for a quick stopover for one night this is a great hotel!

Great, cheap stop-over to break the journey to the Alps with a reasonable restaurant on-site

The existence of a restaurant in the hotel, wifi connection

Almost everything is old, needs some serious cleaning if not reconstruction,. The lamps in the rooms covered with plastic bags. The window in the toilets was closed with Scotch !!! For the same price you can get a clean correct room in the hotels that are just few meters away. I thought that Balladins Hotels were a good value for the price hotels but as far as I am concerned unless I have no other choice I will never again use that network

A very pleasant surprise. A warm welcome from the polite, friendly & helpful staff. A comfortable, very well-sized room. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay & would have no hesitation in recommending this charming hotel.

Only minor issue was the lack of on-site parking. There is a car park a very short distance away but you have to pay.

Location

poorly maintained and dangerous interior ( loose sockets and disintegrating asbestos ceiling tiles). Carpet not cleaned well and toilet flush not working .

Easy to find from highway, room was generally clean and comfortable, staff was friendly.

The curtain of shower had mold.

It was a nice hotel to spend the night to break up a long journey from the south of France to south Wales, UK. Just what we expected - nothing more, nothing less.

It was on our way to Toulon and then to Corsica

Breakfast was not worth the money. There was a leak in the shower pipes because the floor was flooded after using the shower, luckily my husband was able to go to my daughters room to use her shower. When I mentioned it during checkout the person was not surprised, which makes me think they knew there was a problem with that room.

Very easy to find and with a pleasant restaurant, good access to/from motorway network

Oud hotel. Je moest in een bocht op de wc zitten. Bad was voor mij te hoog om in te stappen en kon mij dus niet douchen. Beter alleen douch maken.

La salle de bain. Le robinet était cassé, la porte idem, on ne savait pas la fermer et elle n'était pas très propre. les serviettes étaient en nombre limité

hotel très bien , tres propre , et l'avantage, c'est le restaurant qui s'y trouve, ou nous avons très bien mangé le soir, ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui était copieux.
