Clean, comfortable, main facilities provided, convenient and good value for money

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made the stay perfect.

The staff were pleasant.

The bathroom was very basic and it was right next to a main road.

Hotel not well located for visit to Foix. Rooms very small I would only recommend single occupancy

Great price/quality relationship, considering we're in France. Although simple and small, the rooms are in great condition and tidy. Balladins is a good option for a night sleep and recharge batteries.

It's faraway from anything interesting (Foix included). Not an option if you don't have a car or motorbike.

Clean hotel, perfectly acceptable for a single night stay; but very small room, with little room around the twin beds and a very compact (but well-designed shower alcove).

Shower alcove was a bit too small, and the position of the shower attachment meant that it had to be used as a hand-held device. A/c appeared to be a little overwhelmed by the warm weather.

The hotel was clean and there was wifi at the rooms.

The first morning we didn't have hot water and we complained to the recepcionist (Audrey) but she didn't solve nothing and furthermore she was really unsympathetic and she treated us not properly. We asked for the complaints book and she said that in France they are not obliged to have it (totally false). She told us explicitly: "If you leave the hotel I won't return you the money" (we booked for 2 nights). In summary, a total disaster...

La salle d'eau est vraiment trop petite !!! cabine encastrée tout plastique, n'est pas bien du tout !

La muestra de shampoo. La gente de recepción se manejaba bien en español por lo que no fue tan difícil como otras veces comunicarse.

Horrible experiencia. Llegamos a las 22:10hrs al hotel y ya no había nadie en recepción, tuvimos que hacer una llamada y aparece un hombre semidesnudo a abrirnos. El señor fue amable, pero la experiencia un poco extraña. La temperatura del cuarto no era regulable, mientras mi pareja y yo teníamos frío, otra pareja que nos acompañaba tenían demasiado calor. Lo surrealista fue a la mañana siguiente cuando descubrimos que no hay agua caliente... fuimos a recepción a reclamar y el supervisor nos llevó a ver las bombas de agua, nos enseñó un detalle que seguro habia sucedido durante la noche y del que no se había percatado, total que nos cuenta un cuento, que le creímos y nos dice que en 15 minutos tendremos agua caliente... casi podría asegurarles, que hoy siguen sin agua caliente!!! En principio me pareció barato, pero al estar ahí, me dí cuenta que habíamos pagado un dineral por el sitio...

Excellent accueil et propreté.

La table du petit déjeuner était plutôt collante tout au tour, on aurait dit une table de récupération! L'éclairage de la chambre était vraiment sombre, inexistant aux lampes de chevet.
