Close to my business meetings Air conditioning was centrally controlled and when I called front desk to have them turn it on, they would not. I asked for a quiet room facing the back of the hotel but was given a room in the front which had very high noise level from the road. WiFi did not work. Overall, not the hotel you want to chose! |

Nice clean hotel. Excellent location for access to Paris. 2 minutes to metro which takes 20 minutes to Eiffel Tower. |

La qualité et la grandeur des chambres. Il est agréable d'avoir une grande chambre et un bureau pour pouvoir travailler. La décoration est aussi agréable. Je suis régulièrement sur cette ville et je retourne dans cet hotel depuis que je le connais. |

L'accueil, la situation géographique & le volume de la chambre Pas de mini frigo mais surtout les rideaux lacérés, montrent le peu d'intérêt à l'entretien des chambres et cela dénote avec l'appellation "Supérior" de l'hôtel. |

vlotte bediening, goede balieservice en voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het hotelterrein. Prima bereikbaarheid naar Parijs centrum via RER-lijn op nog geen 250 meter afstand. Naast het hotel mogelijkheid tot sjoppen in grote Leclerc-supermarkt en tankgelegenheid. Goede bereikbaarheid van het hotel via de verbinding A1 naar A86 die via routebeschrijving ook was aangegegeven. |

Propreté, effort sur la déco, bonne literie, Super salle-de-bain, wc séparés, personnel accueillant et serviable, pas très éloigné de Paris La fenêtre qui ne s'ouvrait pas et le petit-déj un peu faiblichon pour le prix (Ex: pdj Etap hôtel presque 2x - cher et bien mieux achanlandé, beaucoup +de choix) |

Czajnik w pokoju pozwalający zaparzyć kawę w dowolnej chwili + mini poczęstunek, ładne położenie (blisko dwa duże parki), nowoczesność i czystość hotelu, klimatyzacja/ogrzewanie, wygodne łóżka. Brak wentylacji w łazience (zakryty wywietrznik) brak elementarnej znajomości jęz. angielskiego przez osoby z obsługi w jadalni. Przy zastosowanej formule szwedzkiego stołu przy śniadaniu, zbyt mało pieczywa, które nie było uzupełniane. Wyłącznie francuskie kanały w TV i ankieta wyłącznie po francusku. |

L'hotesse d'acceuil tres agréable et souriante, a l'écoute des clients elle a sue me renseigner Les 2 ascenceurs on besoin d'etre reparé car on ils font ont un bruit pas tres rassurents; et le veilleur de nuit est tres désagéable, je lui ai commandé 2 cafés il n'a pas pu me les faires car il avais du travail, étant de la restaurastion je n'ai pas compris ça prend moins de 5 minute a faire !!! en plus de ça, il m'a limite envoyé chier !! |

Le petit ensemble "dinette", cet à dire les dosettes de café et de thé, la bouilloire et les quelques biscuits sont un équipements très appréciables pour une petite pause en arrivant à l'hôtel. De même que le frigo permet d'y mettre une bouteille d'eau toute la nuit et de repartir avec de l'eau fraîche le lendemain matin. Sinon la chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, propre. Et la décoration était simple mais réalisée avec goût. Le sèche cheveux!!! Mon Dieu! Moi qui est les cheveux frisés je ne ressemblais à rien après l'avoir utilisé. L'hôtel devrait songer aux concentrateurs d'air au bout de l'embout souffleur. Mais ce détail est superficiel j'en convient! Sinon il y a eu un petit bémol olfactif, car des odeurs d'eaux stagnantes sont remontées par la salle de bain dans la nuit. J'ai pris le soin de le signaler à la réception, à voir si cela a été pris en charge pour les futurs clients. |
