the only saving grace was the friendly lady at reception i was expecting basic but this was beyond anything i expected - tiles missing from the bathroom - no hook to hold shower up on wall - thin very small towels - basic small fan in temperatures of over 40 degrees - not even a kettle, cup or anything for a drink - the maching downstairs that had drinks run out and was not filled - nowhere to sit with family other than in the room - worst hotel ever stayed in hence checking out early and finding a 4 star in Lyon |

the city of montélimar was nice. I could take my time to explore the city because the hotel was a place we didn't want to be. i could write a book about al the things that are not good about this hotel. If this would be my first reservation on your website I would never use it again. But I know you have good quality hotels on your website en good price quality. I like booking.com and as a sales person i would like to advise you to take the hotel off your website as it is not good for your image. You are going to lose customers with hotels like this. There is not one thing i can say about this hotel that is positive. Whatever you book is better then this. |

la situation géographique, l'accueil du personnel, les petits déjeuners corrects, le calme à l'intérieur des chambres il manque une climatisation, car l'été cela doit être intenable de dormir la fenêtre fermée vu la circulation autour de l'hôtel, les finitions autour de l'hôtel laissent à désirer, mais cela semble être général en France, je l'ai remarqué depuis plus de 30 ans. |

J'ai apprécié le confort de la salle d'eau, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner de type buffet. J'ai regretté que le châssis du lit dépasse de sous le matelas, ce qui m'a amené à le heurter de la jambe et d'en garder une croute à ce jour (13 jours après mon passage). |

La facilité d'accès à l'hôtel ainsi que la disponibilité d'un grand parking.L'accueil du personnel très souriant. Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon. L'aspect général de la salle de bain de la chambre. L'eau chaude sur la douche, il a fallu faire couler pendant 10 minutes avant qu'elle n'arrive et un petit filet d'eau seulement.La situation géographique excessivement bruyante pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Das Zimmer war sehr klein, spartanisch und lieblos eingerichtet. Es gab im Bad keinen Duschvorhang und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war kaum vorhanden. Im Bett Haare. Das Schlimmste war, dass der WC-Geruch des Badezimmers im ganzen Zimmer vorhanden war. Sogar für diesen Preis eine Zumutung. |
