Great location, next to a metro station , lots of cafés close bye. Nice breakfast in very cute basement dining area. Rooms small as to be expected in Paris , we stayed for 2 nights then returned for another . The second room was much nicer. William at reception was fantastic , so helpful and pleasant . Great value. We would definitely return ,
Wifi unreliable and the smallest shower I have ever seen. I believe that this is not unusual for Paris though.
I liked the helpfulness of the staff at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend it + I would also stay again when I next visit Paris. A very enjoyable experience.
Location, near the metro and city centre. Many restaurants. 地點非常好，近地鐵站及市中心。附近很多餐廳可選擇。
No air conditioner, it's too hot in summer. Shower door a little bit hard to close. 沒有空調，對亞洲人來說在夏天有點熱。浴室拉門很難關。
Comfy, clean room. Double doors opening onto street for fresh air. A bit small but functional. Close to metro stop Leige. Lots of restaurants nearby. Reception staff exceptional.
No tea and coffee facilities.
Good location near to metro good links - clean
Small room and tiny bathroom
The hotel is is a 40mins walk from gare du nord and about the same from arc de Triomphe
We were on the 6th floor where the room was very small and very hot - a fan had been left but did not make any difference. Apart from one small wardrobe there was no drawers or cupboards so had to leave everything in the cases ( small cases which didn't fit in the wardrobe) Bedside shelf was broken. After staying here twice before this room (65) was a let down.
Clean and very good located hotel just 10 min by walking to Opera and all main attractions.
No condition system, but you can find fan in the room, what was pretty ok.
The location was nice, bed was good and the gentleman who first greeted us was nice too. Cleaning staff were nice and considerate of sleeping child, very nice.
Room tiny. Fridge stank and didn't work. No proper air supply other than the balcony which wasn't enough. The gentleman on the night service was rude regarding us having our keys with us because I didn't feel the need to hand them over as all our personal things were there, I'm not a child who needs telling off, he could have said it more politely and if it was such an issue they could have said it when they saw us leave in the morning. Over priced for the size and overall experience. Bathroom was extremely cramped. Wardrobe was dirty inside.
Excelent position, clean
Small room, small bed
PLUS POINTS- Good location very close to metro Liage , supermarkets , restaurants , cafes, sushi and Indian restsurants, clean towels everyday. Good WiFi connection Good working fridge Safe in room Good sized bed and comfortable Can leave luggage in unsecured room if room not ready or after check out. fan portable table top in room Tv with remote all French chsmnels
Reception staff a little standoffish , got the feeling they thought I wouldn't pay. Alot of rules not explained such as leaving key at reception and having to pay the night before you leave - after I had fully paid up they seemed more pleasent. They should have an information leaflet in room explaining this. Room not cleaned very well - carrier bags from last occuapant left under bed and not cleaned away throughout 5 night stay. Room not cleaned daily very well (dust and debris left) No air conditioning - really needs it during summer CNN or no English channels (didn't bother me but it is advertised as hotel facility ) Bed sheets not cleaned ( I accidentally dropped some make up ) and sheets left as was and not cleaned for entire 5 night stay. Bathroom needs regrouting in shower mouldy patches Toilet position means you have to twist knees and sit sideways.(I'm 5'4 , 163 cm slim build girl)
clean, good value for money
Very reasonable rate, especially for high season (mid-July). Great location in the 8th arr. One block from the Metro (Liege) and 3 blocks from Gare San Lazare, which is convenient if you are travelling by train within France. Breakfast was also satisfactory.
Refrigerator did not work and had foul odor similar to spoiled milk, which permeated the room. Several times the room was not sufficiently cleaned (not enough towels and rubbish was not removed). Also, no itemized bill could be provided before paying for the stay; this is something I've never experienced at any hotel I've stayed in. Finally, be advised, the rooms are not air-conditioned! A fan is provided, but that doesn't help much when the temperature reaches the upper-20s C.
Location was great
Room was tiny, staff were only ok and wifi was beyond poor
Very close to the metro station. The room I stay was small by quite clean and confortable. Good value for the money
I liked it being close to attractions such as moulin rouge.
The room and the bathroom was too small for comfort.
Location is excellent, just 100m away from liege station, which takes for down Champ Elysee in a few mins. Service was really good too. I left my keys behind and they were really nice in retrieving it for me and even offering to mail it overseas. Thumbs up!
Rooms are rather small, but that is expected in a big city like Paris
Good location, very close to the metro station. Nice room
No air conditioning
Rooms are too small
The staff where very helpful all the time!
Nice big bed with a duvet, not only a carpet. Ok size room. Bathroom ok, but small shower.
I got a room in the basement under a staircase with a double glass door that was difficult to lock. Straight from the room and you're outside in the backyard. You could hear the metro every time it passed underground. The toilet was making a noise from time to time refilling the cistern since it was leaking.
-Poor wifi -You can hear the guests from the adjacent rooms. -The hotel manager needs to learn the value of customer service.
Rooms were clean, locker facility, good location, very close to metro station
Room, shower was too small.
Location of the hotel is good. Best thing is that in big city like Paris, you are just 50 m. away from the metro station. The staff is polite and helpfull.
Very small room and bathroom. The shower is OK but when you sit on the toilette you have to sit diagonally :) It's hard to move in the room. But if you are tourists wandering around the city from morning to midnight, and using the room just for sleeping and taking shower then you can easily ignore the size of the room.
