Location near rer station, room reasonable size for type of hotel. Good strong shower.

Dreadful bed, thin mattress on two single bases which was very uncomfortable. Mass of hair in sink plughole, very slippery bath with no mat or hand rails to be used for shower. Hotel advertised as hotel/restaurant but food appalling, I ordered a spinach & salmon lasagne, what arrived was a dried out brick of spinach with a few cubes of salmon embedded in it topped with one sheet of pasta that had been transformed to leather. No deserts were available and we were informed that the restaurant was officially closed but as a group booking had been accepted which required food they also served us. That had not been mentioned at the outset.

It is in a very good location and all accessible near mall & rer station and freandly staff!

Apart from that the hotel is located in a rough area, loud winos fighting outside the hotel on one night. Some hotel staff freiendly others could not care less. Price completely boosted up to over double what it should be for the sial trade show to over €120/ night inc Bfast . "Hotel" and the word "superior" must both be in breach of the trade descripotions laws - a low grade hostel try " cheap and not very cheerful hostel" , more apt.

There was nothing to like about the hotel location was poor in a very rough area with absolutely no facilities no bars or restaurants and gangs hanging around outside the hotel most of the time . The shower and bathroom were filthy the breakfast was really poor coffee undrinkable and a very poor choice with very little cutlery available only one staff member trying to cope with breakfast and reception made it very difficult .the hotel could be ok if it was kept in clean condition

For 1 night, not taking the appearance in consideration, you could have a good bed and fews beers in de bar.

Internet slow, staff was not running for the customers, abandoned appearance of the hotel

1st room was smelly and they readily moved us but the second room was bigger but the fiitings were in poor condition in the bathroom - basin tap was broken. There was no tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

The location, it's in a dangerous place.

I like the cleanness and the breakfast.

the booked price through booking com and the hotel was not the same there was a lot of trouble with the payment. it took half an hour for the payment because one men has to look for the breakfast for the cleaning of the tables and for the telephone.

driving away from it

The receptionist told me I was too late for dinner and suggested a pizza shop nearby(it had broken windows and was filthy) the room was steeped in tobacco smoke and, even with the windows closed I could clearly hear the pack of undesirable hyenas that were loitering opposite the hotel, when they eventually left (after midnight) I was woken at 3 am by some noisy, inconsiderate guests who were leaving their room , presumably to avoid paying the bill. in summary I would have had a more comfortable and safer night asleep in the car on the motorway hard shoulder.

Very bad area, not recomended for longer stay.

The hotel is close to the rer station (5 minutes walk).

The hotel is not as close as advertised to the Airport. It cost me 30 euro by taxi to get to the hotel.

Very good connection to Intermat and city center by rer breakfast is very good

Very poor room, very small beds, high price, poor quarter of Paris.
