Proximity to Parc des Expositions de Villepinte Location: in the middle of nowhere. Difficult to reach any imteresting place without a car. Hotel was in a very bad shape only 2 years after being totaloly renovated due to many customers whose only interest is to steal or destroy. Booking.com should find a way to prevent these people to book on your site.

the restaraunt was never open.the doors to the rooms need some sort of slow closing hinges on them to stop other guests from letting them go resulting in them to bang very loud all through the night.

rien l'odeur en entrant dans la chambre(un conseil cela vient de la moquette) robinetterie douteuse,literie (a nettoyé)( demangeaison au bout de 5 minutes!!), pas de petit dejeuner,le bruit dans les couloirs au milieu de la nuit

Le confort très bien Salle de bain bien agencé et propre avc pleins de serviettes Propreté super je félicite l'effort des femmes de ménage. Bref vraiment trop bien et je parle au nom de ttes mes amies. Allumer le chauffage qd vous quittez la chambre pour qu'elle soit chauffée le soir en rentrant Demander des oreillers en plus si vous avez besoin d'un gros psq il est petit. Pour moi ct bien mais mes amies en voulait des plus gros.

Rien!!!!! 4 nuits de cauchemar!!! Aucune insonorisation, claquement de portes,courses dans les étages, mecs "beurrés" tambourinant sur les murs,couple se disputant... Cela en plein milieu de la nuit sans que le personnel n'interviennent. Moquette "crade" Salle de bain insalubre robinet de lavabo ne fonctionnant pas, ventilation sans cache, joints "dégueulasse" papier toilettes posé a même le réservoir des wc porte défoncée. Tringle a rideau tenant avec une fixation pour placoplatre. Le petit déjeuner (pris une seule fois!) n'est pas mieux salle minable et couverts dépareillés. En bref un hôtel a éviter a tout prix!!! Très cher et sans prestations!!!!!!! Vous trouverez mieux a dormir dans votre voiture!

Proximité de Villepinte, petit déjeuner acceptable et télévision Propreté globale à améliorer dans la chambre (à rafraîchir) mais surtout les couloirs et l'ascenseur étaient vraiment vétustes. Ajouter un ordinateur près de la réception pour que les clients puissent se connecter si nécessaire. Éventuellement un œuf au petit déjeuner ne serait pas de trop...
