Easy to find and near to the station, we were en route to South of France and had a very early Eurostar train to catch, great view of the city from our window and staff on reception very friendly. Good bar downstairs. Bathroom nice and clean with good shower and facilities. It would be nice if their was a kettle with cups and coffee in the room. Walls in bed room were a bit moldy near the window and could do with a lick of paint but for the price it was ok. |

Absolutely nothing, it was the most disgusting hotel I have ever encountered. The hotel was filthy, to the extent that there were used condoms lying on the radiator in the room. I was so disgusted that I left the hotel immediately. I have never encountered such a filthy hotel in my entire life. The bathroom was disgusting, the beddig appeard to have been used, there were numerous insects flying around the room, but the presence of used condome was the final straw. |

Excellent access to center city and train station. Coffee/tea in room, hot working shower, satellite TV. Our toilet did not flush. The pillows were not very comfortable. |

Convenient, reasonably priced, excellent value for the money. Towels changed both days we stayed. A brilliant location right in the centre. Could be noisy on lower floors because of traffic, but it didn't bother us much. Pillows rather hard, but I'm being fussy for the money we paid |

Fantastic location to Eurostar and town centre. Couldn't have been better. Excellent breakfast too for 6 Euros. Water was not hot enough. |

Central location, travelled with a group of guys for a weekend away. Twin rooms, Comfy beds. Clean & Tidy. Couldnt be faulted. I would reccomend this Hotel and I would stay there again, even with the wife!!!! |

If you're traveling by train, the location is great - right across from the Lille Flanders train station, and only a short walk from the Lille Europe station. The rooftop terrace is nice for breakfast, with great views of the city and the station. An easy walk to the old part of the city, which is very pretty and not full of tourists. The rooms are a bit small, although they are comfortable for the reasonable price. If I were to return, I would choose a larger room. |

Many of the rooms, including ours, over looked a central courtyard which housed the extractor fans of a next door cafe. These were very loud and went on all night. No air con, so the rooms became hot if the windows were closed. Also my friend had to move room as the toilet in her first one sprang a leak. |

Location The 'shower' was just an attachment to the bath tap with no wall mount. It was awkward to use and as there was no screen or curtain, water sprayed everywhere. |
