Position was very good, close to stations and sights. Good breakfast in lovely sunny room. Small room but very clean and a good shower. TV working in good position on wall.

only lack of bedside table, used chair for glasses, book, water etc. not really a problam

the location, it had a modern bathroom and an excellent breakfast - and the staff were a lot friendlier and more competent than in a chain hotel around the corner!

the lift is very small and very slow - but neither would put me off recommending it

the hotel is very near the train station and very near loads of shops bars and resturants. also the guy on recettion was brillant really looked after me his name was gaullum

The breakfast was OK and the location too

The room its expensive and it isn't wow besides you have to pay for the luggage store if your room i's not ready. 4 euros ... we asked for the bathroom and at first they said no then they send us to the 7th floor where the breakfast room is.

It is near the station and the city center. Well cleaned.

The whole Hotel / Holiday experience was a delight - we hope to return!

A noisy hotel with not much to offer for the money you pay... I will not stay here next time

Good central location, helpful staff.

Our room was tge size of our bed, no parking but can find places nearby. Bit shabby.

Close to station for Eurostar, ideal stop for short breaks

location was brilliant, surrounded by bars and restaurants, close to station and centre.

walls of the hotel very thin, could hear people above and next door having sex. could hear people coming in late at night, talking in the corridor and doors banging, bed was uncomfortable. we checked out a day earlier.

Brilliant location. Good breakfasts in roof-top dining room. Unlimited free apples and sweets for guests. Very quiet for city centre.

Cramped room, with nowhere to store clothes.

The refurbished hotel is really very good value and very pleasant. The rooms have a slight 'zen' quality - clean elegant and simple - which I like.

Good view of city.Very convenient for shopping and restaurants.Warm and friendly. Well cleaned with that extra touch of care.

Parking was a bit of a walk, but this we expected and it would not alter our view.We would happily return to the hotel.

The location for the centre.

The room was too small and tv only had one english channel and no kettle in the room.

Location is very close to the Eurostar Terminal and to the centre of town. It was also very close to the Christmas Market. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and very patient with the poor french I spoke.

It is right next door to to Lille Station (not the Eurostar one) which seemed to be a congregating place for many locals late night/early morning.
