フランドル駅正面、（旧）市街地にも五分以内とアクセスは良い。周辺にはカフェ、レストラン多数。またショ- ップや大型ショッピングセンターもあり、買い物にも便利。 設備はやや古い。 |

The breakfast was excellent and freshly brought out. The rooms were quiet and in a good location for the old part of town and we had an excellent meal in a restaurant a few doors down. Our room could do with a paint and we would have liked 2 big towels as there were 2 of us. There were 2 small ones. |

The Location next to the train station is very convenient. The Breakfast for 6 Euros is good value. The shower in the Bathroom is one that is atached to the taps at the non wall end of the bath with no shower curtain. |

Very central - continental breakfast ok "Comfort" room was pretty basic - shower/wc cramped and in need of renovation, room was stuffy but external noise and fumes from ducting were unopleasant |

Location is great, staff spoke English, breakfast was very good The beginning was not impressive. I have been told upon my arrival that my room is ready. When I walked in, it wasn`t ready at all and it was obvious that previous guest just left that room. When I complained to the receptionist, he said he told me it was not ready and asked if I can wait 10/15 min (in that room). Let me point out it was regular check-in time. Only when I asked if he`s honestly trying to tell me that there is not one room in the whole hotel that would be ready by now, he started looking really uncomfortable, spoke on phone to a few colleagues and finally gave me a room that was ok. Though the rest of stay was ok, this was definitely not a good start - this is not how you treat your paying guests! |

Location is perfect (right next to Gare Lille Flandre and close to Gare Lille Europe). Great view on the Place de la Gare if you're in a front room. Price is fair. Deskclerks could have been friendlier. Eventhough I stayed on the 6th floor, the noise from outside was still prominent. |

Proximity to eurail and old town and metro - close to all the main areas of lille and especially to metro etc. Hotel is cheap and the room is clean but old. Great option if you don't want to stay in a hostel but don't want to pay a lot for accommodation. |

right in the centre. directly opposite the station, very handy. a lot of things did not work. i.e the shower was hanging off the wall and the plug sockets too. |

Friendly staff, 24 hour reception, very clean rooms, maid service and clean towels everyday, excellent location. No shower curtain. |

Enough room to move around and the nicest deepest bathtub to use after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Should have face cloths and more than one pillow per bed. |

Easy to find and near to the station, we were en route to South of France and had a very early Eurostar train to catch, great view of the city from our window and staff on reception very friendly. Good bar downstairs. Bathroom nice and clean with good shower and facilities. It would be nice if their was a kettle with cups and coffee in the room. Walls in bed room were a bit moldy near the window and could do with a lick of paint but for the price it was ok. |

Absolutely nothing, it was the most disgusting hotel I have ever encountered. The hotel was filthy, to the extent that there were used condoms lying on the radiator in the room. I was so disgusted that I left the hotel immediately. I have never encountered such a filthy hotel in my entire life. The bathroom was disgusting, the beddig appeard to have been used, there were numerous insects flying around the room, but the presence of used condome was the final straw. |
