Good about this hotel: I have stayed with my family over Easter holidays in family room, which are actually two rooms with doors between excellent designs of the family room. Rooms were entirely clean every day of our stay, new tv with many channels and kettle with coffee at all time. Staff is very friendly although very little English but good enough to understand Overall value of money Bad about this hotel: Breakfast isn’t include in the price and they charge 8.50 euro per person

Comfortable, clean, pleasant staff, conveniently opposite Mercure metro station (Lille metro is very efficient!). Shower temperature varies wildly, particularly in the morning, presumably due to changes in water pressure with other users using their showers. Breakfast egg-boiler not put on early enough, nor filled with hot water from the start - takes over an hour to heat from cold!

A reasonable experience throughout. Facilities were pretty good. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, and their restaurant recommendation was top notch. Room was a passable size and the bathroom likewise. Fairly generic but perfectly acceptable in all respects. The Sat Nav failed to get us there but it was easy enough to find once the road was located.

Bon accueil du personnel propreté de la chambre et de salle de bain nous avions 2 chambres communicantes pour le prix de 4 avec 2 sdb confort du lit parking privé petit déjeuner assez riche et de qualité bouilloire avec tisane et thé supermarché juste à côté si besoin Nécessité d' une voiture , un peu isolé

J'ai aimé la proximité du métro et surtout la compétence et la serviabilité du personnel d’accueil. L'insonorisation des chambres vis à vis d'une part des couloirs et d'autre part des chambres voisines lorsqu'il existe une porte communicante qui n'était pas isolée phonétiquement est catastrophique! Du moment où ce type d’hôtel ne possédera pas une seconde porte entre le sas d'entrée et la partie chambre, l'insonorisation ne sera pas bonne.
