This Comfort Inn hotel is located in the town of Tourcoing, outside the city of Lille and in front of Mercure Metro Station. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access and free private parking on site. The hotel is simple, but clean comfortable and the staff is friendly Free Wi-Fi Easy parking I stayed only one day. I didn't have time to find something i didn't like

Breakfast was quite good and diverse. Fungus in the coffee pots and unfinished doors and walls in the bathroom. Also terribly uncomfortable beds.

Lack of toiletries in room. Just two soap dispensers one by hand basin one in shower. No indication of contents whatsoever so didn't use them had to go out and buy shower gel! Low level lighting far too low for my liking Needs updating - a bit of refurbishment

Easy, free parking; electronic key for room that works!; Clean hotel and clean room; comfortable bed and tea with milk available in the room; nice shower; ascenseurs in good order. Breakfast was very good and staff were very good after breakfast, allowing us to fill our bottles with water [we are cyclists] and giving us ice. I think the eggs were "free range." Very nice to eat breakfast on the patio; all in all, the hotel was very good value for money Bar shut quite early; no evening meal at weekends? Some confusion at reception over whether we had paid for rooms when we booked [yes, we did]. But, heh, this was good value overall. No complaints.

Good about this hotel: I have stayed with my family over Easter holidays in family room, which are actually two rooms with doors between excellent designs of the family room. Rooms were entirely clean every day of our stay, new tv with many channels and kettle with coffee at all time. Staff is very friendly although very little English but good enough to understand Overall value of money Bad about this hotel: Breakfast isn’t include in the price and they charge 8.50 euro per person

Le confort du lit , la baignoire ainsi que la petite chaise pour déposer nos affaires . Un individu s est introduit dans l hôtel vers 23h et à fait le souk, il parlait à voix haute au téléphone et faisait les 100 pas dans les couloirs ensuite la police est arriver...

chambre correcte et tres bon lit, bonne literie et grand lit, bouilloire dans la chambre. Endroit tres calme, bon petit dejeuner. on ne pouvait pas programmer le G.P.S; sur ce numero de rue.

Amabilité du personnel, bon petit déjeuner, proximité du métro station Mercure. Problèmes de chasse d'eau au wc (peu ou pas d'eau), mauvaise fermeture électronique de la porte de notre chambre, chauffage assez pauvre vu le temps très froid.

petit déjeuner parfait avec une belle salle de recéption on entend les gens toute la nuit crié, la télé ne fonctionner plus a 1h du matin pendant 15 minutes ensuite le bouchon de la baignoire est cassé j'ai demander a l’accueil un autre bouchon ils en avait pas ensuite pas de savon ni de shampoing, pas d'eau chaude elle est tiède franchement déçus de cette nuit passé la bas
