Proximity to motorway and town centre. Friendly reception. Not expensive, but get what you pay for.

Insufficient roadside direction boards. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room, do not wish to pay high rates for tea/coffee in reception areas. Room basic but get what you pay for and adequate.

Lack of spare pillows

The reception we received at the hotel was excellent and it was clear that the owner was on duty. He showed us to our room and explained how everything worked and was very attentive making sure that we understood where everything was. The room was very clean and the hotel in general was in good order. It's proximity to Tournus' town centre was good and walkable in 15 minutes. Also it was very close to the motorway and a great location for an overnight stop.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good. Overall the hotel was good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone that is visiting the area around CERN.

Pleasant atmosphere, good breakfast, nice hotel staff

Good value for money. We did stay for one night on our way back home from vacation. Good location (close to motorway and not too far from center Tournus with restaurants for dinner). Staff was very friendly. Quiet hotel (some background noise from motorway, but not too disturbing).

Breakfast a bit too expensive for what you get.

It was immediately off the major highway we were taking and helped us travel swiftly to our final destination - which is why we chose it. It is well marked from the road. It has free wi-fi that works easily.

We don't believe the rooms are carefully cleaned or examined for their facilities. We found empty lamp sockets; empty soap dispensers; un-vacuumed floors. And, since there are other, equally convenient-to-the-highway overnight hotels nearby, we would not recommend Le Kolibri to othr travellers.

Good location close to Autoroute and easy to get to. Excellent resturant just next door

It is obvious that the person welcoming you owns the place, unlike most receptionist working late shifts who couldn't care less. He takes personal interest in ensuring your stay is comfortable. Very nice.

Het was voor ons een ideale tussenstop voor onze reis naar Zuid-Frankrijk. Vlak langs de snelweg, maar 's nachts niks gehoord. Goed ontbijt!

Dicht bij de snelweg. Schone kamers.

Bij ontbijt werd de indruk gewekt dat onze kinderen (1 en 3 jaar) niet mochten kruimelen met het eten.

Heel fijn hotel voor overnachting op doorreis.Gelijk na afslag 27 Tournus na 1km rijden zie je hotel Le Kolibri. De eigenaresse spreekt engels.Hartelijk ontvangst,schone nette kamer. Zeer stil zelfs de snel weg hoor je niet. Heel goed ontbijtbuffet.En voor de avondmaaltijd kan je op 5 min. Lopen naar het grillrestaurant. De eigenaresse van het hotel heeft voor ons daar gereserveerd. Dat is ook nodig het was vol.Begrijpelijk want je kan er heerlijk eten. De auto kan je gemakkelijk bij het hotel parkeren.Op dit hotel geen min punt te vermelden.

vooral de rust. het ligt aan de rand van tournus een stukje van de weg af, dus geen last van verkeer. Het is een goed hotel om een nachtje door te brengen op weg naar zuid europa of terug. Ik zou er geen vakantie doorbrengen, niet vanwege het hotel maar vanwege de ligging. Voor een vakantie heb ik meer behoefte aan natuur.Verder was opvallend dat ik cash moest betalen. Toen ik zei dat ik mijn creditkaartnummer doorgegeven had zieden ze dat dat alleen voor de reservering was. Ik hoop dat het bedrag niet alsnog afgeboekt wordt , want ik heb cash betaald.Met vriendelijke groet, Joke Wolzak
