Fabulous staff - so helpful and friendly. Comfortable room with spacious shower.

Bed a bit too firm! A Bit of a walk to Bastille to catch the bus or Metro; ok when you are fresh but with luggage or shopping not so easy. Breakfast a bit too ready made - nothing really fresh.

We found the room to be charming, clean (except for the ants) and the staff is wonderful.

There were ants in our room. They appeared to be coming in from the bathroom window. They were in the bathroom, closets and along the floor in the room.

Easy to get to from Gard du Nord where Eurostar comes in. Avoid the big taxi vans at the station who tried to charge us 120 Euros for a 20 Euro trip! Hotel quiet, excellent service, helpful, delicious breakfast, very comfortable room for a family of 5, and within easy walking distance of taxis.

Proprietor was a little dour perhaps, although that may be due to our rather rambunctious 3 sons. He was helpful and professional however.

The decor was nice. The staff was helpful.

There was no security regarding retrieving our room key and our bags from the luggage room. Anyone could have walked in off the street and raided our bags and retrieved our room key.

Very nice hotel & staff, lovely room and very clean. We required a hotel close to Gare du Lyon so the location was perfect with only a short walk to the station for our connection to Geneva the following day.

Tiny room, but that's big city hotel reality.

Although the room was very small, it was comfortble and had all you need for a short stay, including a small but comfortable bathtube. WiFi was fast and reception was good all over the hotel. I found this to be a pretty good value hotel, considering the prices and overall quality of most hotels in Paris.

Excellent value for money Decor is classic French, yet with modern touches. Excellent breakfast included!

Thin walls. Can hear the elevator and people in the halls quite well. Just a little ways away from the main sights, but not too far. Metro only two blocks away.

The weekend receptionist Sebastion. My daughter was staying elsewhere in Bastille area, but he couldn't transfer phone calls from her to my room. Couldn't find an English channel on my tv, which I eventually found. When I returned to hotel he told me he had transferred all my things to another room as he had made a mistake & the room wasn't available. He then said I've put your things in another room, but its only for 2 nights then you'll have to change again for your last 2 nights, he eventually round a room for the 4 nights. He had been working there for 6 months on a w/end basis. I asked for some compensation from the regular staff, but was refused. Finally their room key system was very antiquated, which was difficult for me to handle, I even had to lock the door when leaving the room instead of self-locking. Don't arrive on a Fri, Sat or Sunday, otherwise , ok.

It was a nice quiet hotel and very homely.

The room is clean, and breakfast is nice. Location also closes to the subway, and some bar surrounding.

A little bit small than image.

It's a tiny but very nice place, the room was extremely little, as always in Paris, but considering that I was in a single room it was perfect. There was enough space to place all my stuff, including my empty suitcase, so the space in the room was perfect for one people. Everithing was new and cristal clean. Staff very nice. Good location, close to Metro and main train station, it's very easy to go anywhere. The area around the Hotel it's also nice, quite calm but alive, with some good restaurants very close.

The space for breakfast is very small, so you may have to wait for a while to sit
