Hotel is 5 min walk from Gare de Lyon. Lovely balcony, ideal for smokers.
Ventilation of the shower room can be improved.
clean rooms, good location, kind staff
Very comfortable and clean room, bathroom was brand new and very luxurious, close to buses and train station and loads of great eating places. Laundromat around the corner was very convenient! Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Nothing at all it was a great experience.
The hotel is clean, recently renewed, well maintained. Rooms are little (as usual in Paris) but nice. It is located not far from place des Vosges, also if in a less "chic" neighborhood
Location, facilities, value for money
Noise from nearby pub could be disturbing. Should request room NOT facing the street.
The front desk person was extremely courteous and helpful. Nice Room and bath, great breakfast
The noise coming from the corridors: not carpeted but stone floor. Very noisy when people rolled their luggage. Other: door key lock feels unsafe in case of emergency Wifi: not good in bedroom
Location close to Bastille Friendly helpful staff Room excellent Bathroom small but also excellent. Would definetely return
location in paris was convenient and quiet. staff was friendly and helpful.
breakfast was expensive. room was small.
Clean, comfortable and cosy hotel. The junior suite was a great size for 4 adults. Great location, within walking distance to Bastille and Metro. Handy shops and restaurants within local vicinity. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Would highly recommend this hotel for either a long or short stay.
The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The décor of the hotel was really comfortable, welcoming and stylish. The hotel was in a great position for exploring Paris and extremely clean. The bathroom facilities were smart and the shower was great to return to in the evening. We particularly loved the opportunity to sit on the balcony and experience the morning and evening bustle of that area of Paris.
It was fine for us since there were three people in our party but a larger group would find the small lift challenging!
the room was big, beautiful and clean, the staff was very polite and efficient. The location was very convenient.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.
the location, clean rooms, friendly staff
too much heat in the rooms, very uncomfortable beds
nice breakfast buffet, room well decorated, kind personnel; attention: smoke sensor within the rooms, one night an unknown tenant smoked and a loud alarm rang for 10 minutes.
Staffs are very friendly. Location was ok.
Old walls. Room quite small.
-Great location. Near 2 metro stations and a train station (Gare de Lyon) -Friendly staff
-Room is very small. With our 2 large suitcases, we could barely walk. -Room was a bit cold.
Stffe is so friendly and proffecional. Also great location, close to Gare de Lyon and Bastille. Very cosy place
Internet was not so good
Very nice hotel, quite, close to gare de lyon
It is a old French hotel with small rooms which is normal. Very clean and right near a great Parisan street. Av Ledru Rollin. Freindly cafe's and good restaurants! Perfect
That only i was only there for one night!
Everything is small (little room)
It is very close to metro station Ledru Rolin
Staff was very friendly Rooms were small but clean & efficient Neat neighborhood close to Metro Bed was comfortable Nice bathroom with full shower
The hotel was well positioned for travel around Paris being only 7 or 10 minutes walk from either Ledru-Rollin or Bastille metro. Most sights could be reached either directly by Metro or with just one change. Room and bathroom was modern/newly decorated. Bed firm but not over so and gave a very good night's sleep. All very clean indeed. The young receptionist was very helpful and welcoming . Plenty of bars and places to eat nearby and also a very handy small shop for provisions. Area was quite pleasant and we felt very safe.
The breakfast was a little pricey in our view. Breakfast could consist of coffee, tea, orange juice, choice of 2 cereals with milk, fresh fruit, yoghurt, hams, cheese, eggs. In addition on each table there were 2 croissants, 2 chocolate croissants and 2 pieces of French stick. It would be best value for the person who is happy to keep refreshing their plate/trying most of what was on offer.
Proximity to Bastille restaurants and Metro. Wi-fi worked well.
Rooms well appointed but a little cramped. Breakfast room well serviced but again cramped when many guests in attendance at the one time.
Quiet, easy access to everything, staff frendly and very helpfull. In room coffee maker, refrigerator, with mini bar.. All in all was a great place, would stay here again
