This authentic Art Deco palace is right on the water front in the French Riviera town of Antibes. The Hôtel Belles Rives offers air conditioned rooms with TV and balcony. Nice view from the outside breakfast/lunch sitting area. Decent speed, free wi-fi. Everything about the hotel is 4 stars, no idea how it's rated 5 stars. We went for the very expensive dinner by excutive chef at their restaurant. Food was nothing close to a Michelin star restaurant. Service was snobbish, frantic and quite rushed, with people rushing Arne to the point of making us dizzy. Disappointing. Hotel is tired and rooms very mdiocre with an urgent need of a refresh. Bottom line - not worth the money, there's better places for this price

The staff were excellent the position great The price for the lounger chairs was a bit steep for people staying in the hotel, same with the towels. The bedroom decor was not very Art Deco, too many designs in a small space

The hotel is beautiful, in an idyllic location (on the sea front) and with lovely views of the sea from the hotel rooms. The town centre is only a short walk from the hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. We had a fantastic time here and will definately visit again.

Good localization and nice view if you take the front view room, but the service is slow at restaurant and the food is a little poor for the price they charged, especially is you take a spaghetti with vongole, too overcooked... The rooms are well decorated art deco , but the bathroom are a little uncomfortable, without a decent shower.

Stunning view over the sea from my balcony. Very friendly and professional staff, quality of all services is very good. Perfect location in a quite place in steps from city center. Very clean sea. Good for quiet French Riviera seaside relax in privacy. The hotel, its furniture, room design and some equipment are a bit old-fashioned, but everything is clean and works properly. For example, the elevator is so old and uncomfortable that can irritate. Quite expensive for value.

The staff was very nice, very helpful. The location is supreb. Great views, short walk to town. A little quiet early on in the season. Restaurant not open for dinner during the week (not a problem many restaurants in town - 10 minute walk). Breakfast and bar a bit pricey.

Het is een hotel met een TOP ligging! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doen alles voor je! In het centrum van Juan Les Pins zo'n hotel, met zo'n faciliteiten aan zee....! Gewoon doen! Valt een beetje tegen dat je als hotelgast voor de bedjes aan strand nog gewoon moet betalen....

Deco sympa qui nous plonge dans une autre époque Personnel très attentionné Situation les pieds dans l'eau Chambre bruyante (camion de livraison et déchargement des 7 h le matin) Chambre trop chaude et pas possible de dormir fenêtre ouverte car nombreux passages de voitures sur le boulevard Buffet petit déjeuner très basique pour 27 euros par personne Je cherche encore ce qui justifie les 5 étoiles et le prix des chambres

L'hôtel correspond à 3 étoile. Les chambres demandent la rénovation, puisque la peinture dans les salles de bains tombe sur la tête. Le bruit des ascenseur est insupportable le matin, le petit déjeuné est très pauvre, le personnel de l'hôtel ne correspond pas à l'hôtel de 5 étoile.

L hotel fermait le lendemain.......... Pour le petit dejeuner, pas du tout à la hauteur en plus supplement de tarif pour 2 oeufs au plat!!! Pour un verre au bar et sur la terrasse, il n'y a pas mieux

La vue depuis notre suite sur la baie. La terrasse en bord de mer. La proximité de Nice (aéroport), de Cannes et de tout l'arrière pays jusqu'à Vence et St Paul; tout en moins d'une demi-heure. Et même les promenades dans Juan les Pins sauf en juillet et août ! Enfin aller dans un hotel que nous connaissions. La gastronomie est très "sophistiquée"
