Hôtel Bergerand's Au Relais De La Belle Etoile  

Wir konnten am Nachmittag nicht einchecken, auch noch nicht um 16.00 wie an der Tür angegeben.

This was a pleasant enough, but overpriced hotel. There is better value to be had in Chablis.

The staff was very helpful, unfortunately we did not have time to taste the breakfast which was recommended by previous guests as we had to catch a train. The bed was the best we slept in during our entire holiday and despite being in a central location in Chablis it was not noisy during the night.sn

The first impression is that the decor looks a bit tired and dated

- nice hotel in the middle of chablis - clean rooms

- early closure of reception - no more diner facilities - looks a bid as an hotel waiting for a new owner

location is perfect, owner and hotel sfaff were nice and friendly.

room was too small; there should be minimum standard to hotel room space. Maybe other room are bigger otherwise it doest not make any sense to stay there

A very good central location.

It was central to Chablis and on-street parking was OK. The hotel was quaint which is a pleasant change to modern 'plastic' hotels. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distances

It was fine and I didn't mind having to wait 6 minutes to get hot water - there was a notice that told us all about it. Stairs were a bit steep but not a problem

The hotel is well situated in the centre of the small wine village Chablis

The room is relatively small but everything is as it should.The only problem is that it is quite noisy; you hear the neighbours and people walking in the corridor.

Mme de merteuil, alors qu'elle venait de rentrer des Etats-Unis et que l'hôtel était encore indiqué "fermeture annuelle", nous a reçu avec nos amis. Nous étions 4 clients seulement et elle a relancé le chauffage. Il ne faisait pas encore très chaud dans l'établissement mais elle a fait preuve de beaucoup de sollicitude et nous avons passé un bon moment.

L'esprit du lieu mettant en valeur le passé glorieux de l'hôtellerie de la célèbre commune. L'accueil généreux de l'hôtesse. Le petit-déjeuner charmant La chambre au style authentique des hôtels du passé

Les petits problèmes liés à la construction ancienne: insonorisation, odeurs de cuisine, mais bien excusables

Chambre luxe dans annèxe façon petit castel décoré à l'anglaise.
