Noisy neighbours but not the fault of the hotel really.

The staff simply could not do enough to help and were extremely friendly but not intrusive. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and perfect for a City break. Bikes available to borrow at the hotel. Excellent, secure parking facility.

Room was very clean and pleasant. Personnel was also very friendly and helpful. Location is great and if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel, you'll find various places for breakfast with a short walk. Everything is near the hotel and easy to find yet the surrounds of the hotel are very peaceful even during weekend and nights.

Garage is very small and tight. It's extremely difficult to fit in a parkingslot with a big rented car you are not familiar with. Also the handsoap provided by hotel dries hands badly (from our experience) and overall I would rate the soap and showergel poor compared to some other hotels. That said, I would recommend bringing your own products for showering and washing.

The location - between the station and the town. The reception staff were fantastic, multilingual and went out of their way to help us with baggage, internet, etc. The rooms are clean and modern.

The suite I stayed in was excellent. Comfortable, fine bed and luxury bathroom. Wifi was ok, and the parking below the hotel is fine. Good breakfast. Overall a very good stay.

Perfect in every way, but most of all, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was excellent. All the staff were professional, smiling, helpful and polite. The modern decor in the large reception area is quite outstanding, giving a perfect first impression. We also liked the contemporary decor of the bedroom.The cleanliness was impeccable. We appreciated the location close to the restaurants and shops in town. Free wi-fi and tv and those little extra touches such as a chocolate every night made us feel very welcome. Breakfast buffet was good, very similar to what we have had in all French hotels, but perhaps a little expensive. If there was a restaurant and a swimming pool, this would surely be 4 or 5 star. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Looking hard for something to criticise, the bedroom was smaller than I expected for a "superior double" and the entry into the room was difficult when we arrived with our cases because of the tiny entrance area. There was no shower gel. I can't think of another thing!

Fast and friendly service, comfortable & clean rooms, great location, reasonable price. Don't even look for other hotels at Belfort.

Sehrg freundlicher Empfang. Ruhige, nett ausgestattetes Zimmer, sauberes und funktionelles bad. Möglichkeit sich einen kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen. RuhigeLage mitten in der Stadt.

Aufgrund von Baustellen etwas schwer zugänglich und wenn man auf Parkplatzsuche am Hotel vorbei fährt, wird es schon etwas kompliziert, den Weg zurück durch die Baustellen zu finden. Und schade, dass es keine Speisemöglichkeit gibt (ok, kann man aber ja vorher sehen ;-)), dafür ist der Tunesier gegenüber extrem lecker und auch noch super nett und freundlich: Uneingeschränkt zu empehlen!
