Great location, especially, if coming in by train. Short walk from train station or where the tgv shuttle drops you off. About 5min. Walk down further down the road for the main shopping street with the Pope Palace at the the end.Lovely Boulangerie/ bakery across the street.

The hotel room was very comfortable and well situated. Construction in an adjacent room went on all day until 8 pm. We were told it would end by mid-afternoon.

Good friendly personnel. Excellent location. For me a key criteria for selection was convenience to get there by car and parking. Usually I never stay at 3-star hotels but this one was exceptionally good. If I came back to Avignon I would think about staying there as well. Only valet parking is available. A little bit cold in the room in January (I am not sure AC was powerful enough to make the room warm)

Great location, comfortable firm beds. A suite of 2 bedrooms was perfect for us and our adult daughter. Good recommends on restaurants. Breakfast too expensive

Very good location (just 5 min to Palais de Papes), helpful staff. Parking is possible in the garage - which is very good and not that common in city centre.

Hotel staffs are friendly, room is big, location is good, very near train station and tgv bus station, price is cheap, not expensive. I arrived at the hotel, the room was ready for me, so I just spent about 2 minutes for checking in. My room is 123, private toilet and bathroom are separate, need to walk from the room right side to left side. If you need hot water, you must ask the reception. Just these 2 I don't like.

The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk from the tgv bus stop and no more than 10 minutes walk to the central station. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, with shops, restaurants and cafes all along the road. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and although the breakfast is expensive, as in all French hotels, the choice was excellent. The only fault would be with the bathroom which seriously needed upgrading. The basin was cracked and there was no shower, other than a hand held one in the bathroom.

Hotel was recommended to us by another hotel that was booked the first night we wanted. Bristol is very well located to the train station and town. People at the desk were very helpful. Had very good suggestions for dinners. Room was fine, clean, quiet, size was fine.

Location is great for exploring the remains of the walled city and the high street. It is also within walking distance to a lot of very good food. The lack of parking but they do offer a valet service. The rooms are also fairly small.

Good location, convenient parking (valet), good sized rooms, helpful personnel. Recommneded for a short stay. Unfortunate French stereotype, the bathroom is a mess (we did stay in some excellent French hotels, but most of the rest are like this one). Ancient, semi-working moldy toilet fixtures, the water basin fills up in seconds and drains over half an hour, the pipes and wc stink ... some discarded artefacts from previous occupants may also be found.
