Extraordinarily expensive for the services offered and the room. Decoration was tatty, rooms barely furnished and perfunctory service from staff. The general feeling we had was that everyone - staff and management - had given up trying. On the first night we had one hand towel and one very small bath towel. This is inadequate for two people in a 3 star hotel. Two days later we stayed in a 3 star hotel near Uzes that was far, far superior - in a different league in fact - and it charged less. |

All the staffs were so nice and kind. Room is ok , we had bright room facing to the street, bit old but simple and clean. I think kindness of the staff gave rate up the hotel. I liked it and will stay again. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you arrive or leave at the Avignon Centre train station. Great even for 6:00 am train departures. Staff speak English and are very helpful. |

Although the staff were helpful, our room was extremely poor for a 3* rating. The window was on to an inner well overlooking similar rooms. The decor was very dull and dingy with no decoration at all. Everything was very dark. |

Central location, hotel was adequate for our needs. But we wouldn't stay again. Room was a good size, but rather gloomy. Bathroom needs updating. |

Clean air-conditioned room, comfortable bed, quiet. Hotel is very central for shops, a choice of good restaurants and lots of sightseeing. Older part of the town is nice to visit and shop in! No coffee making facilities in room and breakfast seemed overpriced at 11 Euros, when you could walk over the road and get coffee and croissants for 7 Euros! |

When we arrived they first gave us a really scary, dark and dirty room (hair on the ground of the bathroom and in the bed as well!!!). After complaining, they moved us in another room with the same problems, finally they gave us a decent room. It never happens to me to change three rooms in one hotel. Actually it doesn't worth what we paid for. |

Very large room... and close to the bus and train station... also close to the Castle... No shower, only a tub... no breakfast... A little bit pricy... I've been in better hotels during my travel for the money, and Avignon should be cheaper. |

Indifferent day staff. Accommodations were very shabby - more like a low 2 star that a 3 star. I would not stay there again under any circumstances. |

The staff was very helpful in telling us about good restaurants and how to get places we need to go. The Tourist Information Center is just down the street and the bus and train station as within easy walking of the hotel. Good location! Clean comfortable room. |

the staff service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. for example when i was planning to hire a taxi to get to Avignon TGV station the lady at the desk suggested i get the local TGV bus service located nearby and provided a timetable for me. This proved to be a great idea! also i was pining for a cuppa in the morning and staff filled by thermos for me so i could have my morning cuppa see above i would love tea making facilities. PS ran out of room in the good points I loved how they posted the next 3 days weather in the lifts what a great service for tourists. plus their recommendations for restaurants were good too. best service ive ever had in decades on travelling , well done bristol avignon. |

This hotel, set in a 19th century building which oozes charm and character, overlooks the picturesque Place de L'Horloge in the very centre of Avignon. |
Ideally situated in the heart of the city, on the Place de l'Horloge and in front of the Opera, the hotel is a just a stone's throw from the Popes' Palace. |
This historic 16th-century building, a former religious noviciate, is now a magnificent 4-star hotel located in the old town of Avignon. |
Located 10 minutes' walk from Avignon's centre, Ibis Centre Pont de l'Europe is the ideal base from which to explore a town renowned for its architecture and culture. |
