Bristol  

Hotel was recommended to us by another hotel that was booked the first night we wanted. Bristol is very well located to the train station and town. People at the desk were very helpful. Had very good suggestions for dinners. Room was fine, clean, quiet, size was fine.

Location good within old city, reasonably near Popes' Palace, Bridge etc. Hotel's underground car park convenient, tho not cheap. Rooms quiet and free of traffic noise.

Bit impersonal. No restaurant. Scruffy bathroom, which should not have had paint peeling off woodwork at their rates. Similarly shower head had been replaced and didn't fit wall bracket.

Very quiet and comfy beds.

A great hotel as close as you want to get to center of town and close to the railway station. The hotel room is everything you expect of hotel of this quality which is very high. The staff were friendly and professional. It has a restaurant but as it is so close to all the eating establishments it was just as easy to have breakfast, lunch and tea out at these.it's a great hotel for a holiday

Helpful friendly staff. Excellent locaction for the city centre and with easy reach of the sncf rail station. The people of avignon very friendly. Hotel location appeared to be safe I returned to it late at night felt safe.

The staff are overall friendly and we can get hot water from the breakfast room and the bar.

For free wifi in the room, the hotel only provides one password for each person for one device. Therefore, it is a bit inconvenient. They gave me a password which was not valid and when I asked the lady at front desk, she insisted that it was valid and we tried many many times before she gave me another one!

The Bristol was easily found and we were made welcome. The accommodation was great - adjoining rooms, a double and a triple. Everything was clean and neat. Staff were very helpful. We had a car with us and it was parked for us and returned promptly when needed.

Very friendly staff and very convenient to local attractions and transport.

We thought it excellent value we extended our stay a further 5 nights

Hotel staffs are friendly, room is big, location is good, very near train station and tgv bus station, price is cheap, not expensive. I arrived at the hotel, the room was ready for me, so I just spent about 2 minutes for checking in.

My room is 123, private toilet and bathroom are separate, need to walk from the room right side to left side. If you need hot water, you must ask the reception. Just these 2 I don't like.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful front desk staff. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, with simple but pleasant decor. Convenient location for walking to nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. Very pleased and would definitely recommend it.

Great location, especially, if coming in by train. Short walk from train station or where the tgv shuttle drops you off. About 5min. Walk down further down the road for the main shopping street with the Pope Palace at the the end.Lovely Boulangerie/ bakery across the street.
