Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Breakfast was above average compared to its price. The reception was closed when we arrived and did not open until 19.30. A simple SMS well in advance could have explained the situation to us. |

I found the hotel to be comfortable and very clean exactly as you would expect from a well run french hotel. The staff were good with foreigners who had very little french language. the breakfast was very good with cerials and toast at no extra charge. |

The hotel staff were all very helpful and welcoming and the location in Pau was excellent for almost all amentiies and facilities around the old town and shopping districts |

J'ai trouvé l'exigence d'arrhes rigide , compte tenu du fait que cette pratique est tombée en désuétude dans pratiquement tous les établissements. Il me parait normal en cas d'aléa de pouvoir annuler sans frais une nuitée avant midi. |

Cada habitación está dedicada a un tema, la nuestra fue la de Saint-Éxupery y todo estaba decorado con principitos y un fragmento de un libro que ocurría en el hotel, en la misma habitación. Todo un detalle! |

De kamer was groot en de bedden waren ok. Ik kwam om 1400 uur aan en toen was de receptie dicht en moest je een nummer bellen om in contact te komen met de eigenaar.Deze man deed net of die ver was en dat ik niet in de kamer mocht. Na enig aandringen mocht ik wel in de kamer.Deze kamer moest nog worden schoongemaakt.DDit vond ik niet erg maar wel dat vijf minuten later de man uit een naastliggende deur kwam aanzetten.Ik vond dit niet gastvrij want na mijn aandringen mocht ik erin en hij had mij de hele tijd al gezien en dan moeilijk doen nee niet gastvrij |

Gran relación calidad/precio. Diseño de las habitaciones con mucho gusto. Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Buen desayuno, no buffet, pero si muy completo. La fachada exterior no hace justicia a lo que luego te encuentras dentro; parece un poco descuidado. Es viejo pero con mucho encanto |
