I really liked the service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The interior decoration in the hotel was well done I liked the 'lounge' style. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but that was to be expected in Paris. |

Superior rooms were a good size and very clean breakfast was average - not enough tea and coffee in the room. Could hear the rumbre of the trains - we were on the top floor so not a problem but imagine it could be very noisy lower down. |

hotel had a good feel about it and we liked the internet connection. reception staff very helpful. excellent breakfast and good location for getting to all the sites. double room was very small for two adults |

The staff were most helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern and clean throughout. Our flight home was late in the evening so the hotel were kind enough to store our luggage for us after we checked out. We then went back to the hotel in the afternoon and picked up the luggage on our way to the airport. Nothing negative to report. |

- We stayed at hotel cervantes for 7 nights , and we had a great experience there. it is only 2 min walking from the metro station . its location is very close to place de clichy in which you can find a lot of resturants and cafe to eat. it will also takes you around 15 min by metro to reach champs de elysee . The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. |

My sister and I were very happy with this 3* hotel! We loved the top floor room with a balcony and fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower!!! The room was very modern and trendy. The breakfast included had a good variety which we looked forward to each morning. Great advice from staff on best bars/clubs to go to, and easiest routes around Paris! Internal walls are pretty thin. No fresh fruit for breakfast, and our room hairdryer wasn't working. |

It was a perfect stay and I totally recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't have a car, since car parking in the front of the hotel can be little difficult but this is the only disadvantage. When using metro for getting around, it is near two metro stations, staff is very helpful and the rooms are very secure. We will certainly stay in this hotel next time we visit Paris. |

my mom&I was staying in the Hotel for 3 nights and we like it. It takes 15-20 min on food to get Avenue de Champs-Elysees and 10 min on food to Opera Garenier. |

El personal es muy amable, hablan ingles y español. El desayuno fue muy bueno. La ubicación perfecta: está cerca del metro, del centro historico de museos. Estube en diciembre y la calefacción no funcionaba, no díría tuve mucho frío, pero por las tardes no me sentía muy cómodo despues de las escapadas a la ciudad. |

Moderne kamer Kamer "keek uit" op de muur van het treinviaduct, 3 meter voor het raam. Veel treinen! De herrie valt wel mee, maar prettig is anders. |
