This hotel is just 55 yards from the entry of the Notre Dame Sanctuary in Lourdes. It offers free visits to the sanctuary, a private park and rooms with balconies. good location to the Sanctuary Very bad service in general, enormously smelly bathroom, very small and damaged bed, very noisy!!! The staff lost my luggage when I was leaving the hotel.... The gave my luggage to a completely different taxi driver who was taking some people to the airport (and I needed to go to the train station)!!! Finally, when my taxi arrived, the driver managed to organise for my luggage to be delivered to me at the train station. I had to wait for approx. 45 min to get it. Luckily, I had enough time till my train arrived but if not I would have missed it. Far too expensive for the poor service and professionalism of its staff.

The location is excellent - right in the center, 2 mins away from the Sanctuary and the city center. A nice view from the balcony The double room is ok for one person - for two it would be extremely small and inconvenient. Also, I didn't like that the room was so different from the picture they give of it on the booking.com - the one on the site was much better, of course. Quite early in the morning I woke up because of the noise in the street below - first delivery trucks, then groups of tourists and piligrims. If one is sensitive to noise, it may be hard to sleep there, as the day starts quite early.

Après paiement de l'acompte, l'hôtel Chapelle et Parc m'a contactée pour m'informer qu'ils étaient fermés aux dates de mon séjour et ont transféré ma réservation et mon acompte à l'hôtel Gallia et Londres avec les mêmes conditions. Donc, nous étions très satisfaites du service et du suivi de notre réservation. Nous étions 3 femmes (dame de 83 ans et ses 2 filles)

Instalaciones renovadas, magnifica ubicación, parque propio muy acogedor y personal agradable. Parece ser que ha sido absorvido por el Hotel Gallia & London pero forman un conjunto que mejora en mucho al original

L'accueil du personnel La propreté de certains équipements des chambres et la vetusté des locaux ne correspondent à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hotel classé 3 étoiles. Ex : La moquette du couloir menant à la chambre est tachée, La porte d'entrée de la chambre est salle, Les couvre-lits et certains équipements de la salle de bain sont d'une saleté inacceptable, un format de télévision minuscule. Une grande déception dés l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée dans la chambre. La photo affichée sur le site ne correspond pas à la réalité. Et la note sur le site et refletant l'avis des clients me semble positivement exagérée

When we went in at about 9.30 pm we had mistaken the dates and found that infact the booking was for the next day, but the very efficient receptionist (Andrew) went into the trouble of securing a triple room for the three of us. Hotel was a lovely place, very close to the Grotto and we enjoyed our stay there, although it was only for a night. We would certainly go there again.
