The rooms were clean and it was near a metro stop This is really a backpacker's hotel. It is in a not very nice area - my husband was solicited in front of our family both evenings we were out. The staff we encountered did not speak any English, so they were no help in finding our way around and did not know how to use the credit card machine for an American Visa. The breakfast for 6.5 euros was very little - would not pay for that! I would have to say that there has to be better values out there.

Good location for sightseeing, it took about 15-20 minutes walk to Louvre Museum and 2 minutes to underground. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. One of night receptionists did not speak English. The room was very small. There were no tea and coffee facilities. There were many prostitutes in the area.

The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was a reasonable size esp. For Paris. Location: prostitutes operated in the area day and night and although they were respectably dressed and not seedy, they were very noisy at night. Location: It was 20 mins away from Louvre area. Bathroom: The shower was controlled by lever; up and down for on/off and left/right for hot/cold. The unit itself was tiny and the light turned itself on and off sporadically. Whilst washing the soap out of my hair, the light went out and I must have accidently hit the lever with my elbow turning the water to boiling hot resulting in burns to my arm and chest. This is a serious safety issue which coupled with the windows which open like doors makes this hotel unsuitable for younger children. My French was not good enough to convey the self-switching bathroom light to the night staff and they made no effort to find out why I had been so upset next day. Staff: The staff were not very helpful or interested and provided wrong information re Beauvais airport.

The hotel is very small yet comfortable. I used the room mainly for sleep. I tried to do some work, but the tiny desk turned out to be a disturbance more than a service. Luckily the loaction is fair, and I could find a decent coffee house where I could work a little. It is a good hotel for whoever's only looking for a place to crash. It's cheap and gives the exact value for money and nothing more. The breakfast is poor, and it is probably cheaper and better to buy a sanwitch outside. All and all, I will probably go back to hotel baby. It was exactly what I was expacting. Although nothing realy happened I felt very uncomfortable leaving my luggage at the corridor, since the hotel does'nt have any room for keeping it while I wait for my check in. As I said, the breakfast is no good: croissants and bread with butter and jam, plus coffee for six Euros. It sounds cheap, but it's simply to plain for that kind of money. The bathroom is tiny, and for people who like to close the door when they do their things it could be a problem.

The hotel is in a convenient location, within 2 minutes of the Strasbourg- St Denis station. There was lift access to the rooms which was great. Rooms were relatively clean and the free WiFi worked! Room was a little small, and the shower was tiny.

It is very centrally located although quite difficult to find. Car parking close-by but a quite a walk from the Hotel with heavy bags. The staff were very helpful. The lift is extremely small and did not seem very robust; to be avoided. The stairs are tight, steep and as a result carrying bags up to rooms presents a challenge. Breakfast was ok, though limited choice. It was served in the Reception, this is ok but a bit cramped. The rooms were clean but the bathroom/toilets were cramped, barely room to turn.

Location. Very close (2min walk) to subway station and 20min walk to Louvre etc. Decent sized room, with private shower and toilette (which I didn't asked for in the reservation). Location, again. In spite of being close to the center, the area in which the hotel is located has a frankly decadent look. I had read that there were prostitutes around and booked anyway. That was true, but only after I was already there I found out that the area (Rua Saint Denis) is one of the oldest and most well-known red light districts in France. So it was a somewhat unpleasent place to be around.

Nothing at all You can't stay in the lobby for using the internet because Mr. Receptionist wants to sleep after 12 o'clock, and there is no internet in the room on 4th floor.,You can't wake up whenever you want, because cleaning lady laughs too loud in the morning and she thinks that she is funny but she is not at all, and don't be surprised If someone wakes you up at 7 o'clock in the morning for a breakfast.

The location is good. I booked a three people room for my family, but they distributed us a small loft which is narrow and low. The wifi sometimes failed to work.
