Fully air conditioned, our hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Cognac, 2 steps away from the station and the restaurants. We are also situated very close to the congress centre. The parking was good and secure on the court yard behind the locked gate. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. The hotel was in easy reach of shops and restaurants and there was a supermarket just on the opposite side of the street. The room was really quiet as well. The room was a bit small, but I didn't really expect very much because of the low price. Maybe a bit thicker blankets could be nice on the winter time, we slept with two on top of each other.

The Hotel was within easy reach of the city center about 2mins walk. It had a lovely quiet courtyard which our room was in, this is where we parked our motorcycle in front of the room. The staff were excellent and very friendly a really good place to stay especially if travelling by by bike. The only problem with this hotel was the fact that we couldnt get in untill 17 30 as they didnt open untill then , we arrived at 15 00 in wet riding gear and was really annoying.

Location is great for centre of Cognac, good restaurants and bars in easy walking distance (couple of minutes), plenty of free parking just across the road. Great for taking the dog too - our room opened straight onto the courtyard. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is near to the town centre. The staff was very kind, the room was clean with a wide and modern bathroom. The toilet was a bit tight.

The hotel was convenient for visiting Cognac housing 3 friends. We stayed in a 4-persons room to get more space, which was good. Clean rooms, fiendly staff, good location. The shower and bathroom was separate, which is nice when more people are sharing the room, but the shower was small. Not really a problem. The backyard was not as cosy as it appeared on the images - combined backyard and parking for the hotel - but this is to be expected.

Near the centre of Cognac. Handy for restaurants etc. If you stay in room 36 on the top floor, make sure you spot that you electronically close a blind on the velux window. Otherwise you get woken up at the crack of dawn!

The manageress on duty was extremely helpful even if she wasnt totally fluent in English and she assisted us even after she was off duty. Her choice of restaurant was excellent and really I cannot commend her enough. I wish they were all like her.

Nous avons aimé la qualité de l'accueil. le petit déjeuner était parfait, bien organisé et généreux.. L'espace un peu restreint pour la chambre et la salle de bain. C'est un défaut de l'hotellerie francaise en général, comparativement aux hotels à l'étranger qui offrent d'avantage d'espace
