Close to the slopes
Pool and hot tub very small
Location and new fit out
Location was excellent, very clean room, friendly staff, worked well as a family room
Sofa bed could have been more comfortable
A double room for 2 adults consists of 1 sofabed. Had to pay higher rate for 2 separate beds. Also had to pay a "cleaning fee" which really meant being given bedding and linen on arrival. reception closed most of the day, and unhelpful when present
The proximity to the slopes.
- The studio for 2 person doesn't have beds but one very unconfortable sofabed. This wasn't clear when the booking was made and the hotel failed to notify us of this when we requested 2 separate beds. - There is a Jacuzi but is set to have NO HOT WATER!
The refurbishment is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful and the location for skiing is perfect. We are going back next year!
The swimming pool is very small and cold but great for children!
Location, Newness, Bath and facilites within room, views.
having to clean the apartment and sleepless night due to sofa-bed comfort, also noise from breakfast can be loud.
Idealy located beside the pists and facilities
Fantastic location on the slopes. Room newly refurbished with all you need. Comfortable with lovely view. Close to ski hire shops. Staff friendly and helpful. I had a very relaxing stay
It is not a hotel. No reception, no lounge or public areas. Room equipped with sofa bed which is fine but should be stated in room info. pictures show bunk beds.
excellent location, few steps from the slopes
...chambre tres sale à l'arrivée, encore un drap ultra sale sur le canapé, je pense personne vraiment controle ici, taches partout: sur les mures, meubles, frigo, radiateur, poussière enorme sous le canapé, literie avec taches & sentir de moisi - its a pitty because the nice new furniture, heating, shower and kitchen will be demaged very soon !!! The swimmingpool is very little and has no shower, no dressing....water quiet cold, also the Jacuzzi has the same cold water and no stairs to get in! Not possible to use it for handicaped or little people. No restaurant, only breakfast buffet.
The location was simply fabulous
I didn't like the sleeping options, in the photograph the was an alcove with bunk beds, in reality it was just a double sofa bed.
clean and comfortable. just loved the experience.
We missed the old access to the piste from the ski equipment room.
Perfect location. Right on the slope. Newly renovated, and fully equipped apartment (with microwave, dishwasher, safe, and all kitchen utensils.) Lots of places to eat nearby (in the same building complex), if you do not want to cook in your apartment. The indoor pool seems nice and clean. (28 degrees C, I was told) Friendly staff. Easy to park on the large public parking close to the appartment.
These are apartments (not hotel rooms), and you must clean everything before you leave, or you have to pay a 50 Euro cleaning charge. That makes me nervous, when the person before me did not clean properly. It was not dirty, but the bathroom was not "hotel-standard squeeky clean". And I found 5 full beer bottles standing (for cooling) in the snow on the terrace. So what are the cleaning standards that I must meet? And how carefully do they inspect between guests? My advise: inspect when you arrive, and report any findings to the reception. To avoid arguments when you check out. And the bed clothes (inner duvet and inner pillow) are synthetic and extremely static electric, which made it very uncomfortabe to make the bed. They should be changed to cotton or treated with antistatic fabric conditioners. Regularly.
Close to the piste with boot room and pool/sauna. Storage room available after checkout.
Studio was roughly as advertised but I was expecting a bunk bed (2*single) rather than a sofa bed. Access to the piste from the other side/ boot room would be better. Accommodation was at the bottom of the resort requiring lots of steps to be navigated whenever doing anything. Check-in instructions only in French (concern about T&Cs and deposit). Pool and jacuzzi too cold.
Location right on piste bathroom
Sofa bed uncomfortable Should have been soap in the bathroom Noise from the breakfast area snow not cleared so no view just a wall of snow
It is right at the centre of the ski-resort, our room had very good en-suite facilities and small balcony to view the mountains.
On arrival the room hadn't been cleaned, there was no chopping board (quite important for self-catering), the pool in the basement was too small to swim-in. The 'bed' was a sofa-bed.
Free wifi Location
Check in was not until 5pm which is ridiculous as the whole guests all come to check in at the same time! we arrived at 11am and asked if there was any chance of our room being ready earlier as I had a broken foot and we were told no! no attempt was made to ask the cleaners to clean ours first as we were already there, even after we checked in and went to our room at 5pm the room still had cleaners in! I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and hospitality! The room was also dirty and we had to clean it when we entered, be aware that the apartments are not cleaned with any disinfectant unless you buy it yourself, which by the way you will have difficulty as the supermarket shuts for hours in the middle of the day!! The bed sheets didn't fit the duvets and they were cheap and nasty, as we're the towels! The building work hadn't been completed in the rooms and looked shabby with insides of cupboards not even painted and just messy in general. The pool was cold and tiny, as was the jacuzzi which could only fit 3/4 people at a squeeze, the sauna you had to book in advance! Honestly this hotel is just terrible! The only good thing is it is right on the piste, I guess that's what you pay for so they think nothing else matters. I just can't understand why you would spend money to refurb the place and not have it finished to perfect, including get some staff that understand hospitality! I live 2 hours from isola at the moment so for a weekend it is bearable but if I had come for a weeks holiday from further away I would be very very upset! To call it 4 star is a lie! It is defiantly not 4 star!
Location Free wifi Good tv
Small room, uncomfortable beds. Towels not changed unless you pay extra. Breakfast option expensive
Great location for the ski slopes, room was small but had everything we needed with fantastic views.
Was quite expensive but we did go in half term week. Reception area is small and shut for 3 hours over lunch which was excessive!
Excellent location. Close proximity to lifts. The studios are fine.
Check-in by slow and inexperienced staff. Breakfast service was particularly bad. Eggs and waffles were cold. Rooms for 4 include bunk beds.
The location is as good as it gets, great snow, and comfortable, but small rooms. for us as a family of 4 it was fine for a week.
the Hot tub was VERY COLD, the pool was cold, and there was no where to change at the poolside. Also there was water everywhere as there was no drain. Also access to the Ski locker is terrible. trying to carry skis through the small reception then down stairs and thru 2 doors is badly planned.
The location of the studios is excellent and is practically ski in and ski out. All amenities close at hand with ski hire next door.
Studio room for 2 persons provided a very uncomfortable sofa bed ONLY. Would not consider this type of accommodation for 2 persons again! No check in facilities before 3pm which was very inconvenient.
The apartment was functional - good kichenette. The location was fine (ski in/out). Car parking close to the property.
The facilities (pool & spa) was poor - the water in the hot tub was cold (as in the pool). The reception area was small and often crowded (because it was placed in the entrance).
close to slopes
staff unfriendly, having to pay extra to use the sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi freezing, expensive breakfast, uncomfortable bedding, expensive room
