The location of the hotel was the main attraction, however for the price we paid we expected better.

The location of the hotel was the main attraction, however for the price we paid we expected better. Firstly the staff were rude unhelpful and didn't seem to care. It took the first two days of our holiday to get problems with our room fixed one being the door handle broken off. The restaurant was awfull as there was never enough cups at breakfast or milk, I asked for some milk by opening the kitchen door and was pushed out by a very irate cook who then proceeded to lock the door resulting in non of the staff being able to get back in, supprisingly she never replenished the milk either. It was sold as all inclusive however we only had breakfast and one evening meal in the 7 days as the standard of the food was dreadfull. I will not be using this hotel again but I will return to isola.

It was all inclusive but nearly impossible to get a drink as there was always a big, slow moving queue at the usual peak times (you would have thought the hotel would have laid on extra staff to cope). There were never any coffee cups available when you wanted them at breakfast. Basically the hotel was being run on less than half staff. The pool is a waste of space - too cold and very inconveniently placed (next to the bar!) and there were only 2 changing cabins which are shared with Sauna users (which, by the way, is 'the Spa'!)

The food was terrible. They are redefining the all-inclusive concept. You pay in advance and then there is no incentive to do anything good. The food and bar items could not be sold. No one would actually pay for them.

The food was average. Also booking through you didn't help, especially when the hotel never received our reservation. We were lucky to get a room. It was not up to standard broken shower very small for the money.

Accueil jeune et sympathique, sans attente, explications détaillées sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, et les différentes possibilités. L'hôtel est au bord des pistes. Bon rapport qualité-prix avec la formule tout compris et le repas de midi, sous forme de buffet rapide, nous a séduit. La cuisine y est honnête, et la formule buffet chaud et froid préférable pour éviter les attentes du service. Contrairement à d'autres avis sur ce site, j'ai trouvé la propreté de la chambre correcte.

Le fléchage de l'hôtel est quasi-inexistant, heureusement que nous l'avions repéré en skiant sur les pistes. L'absence de parking dédié n'est pas rédhibitoire mais serait appréciable. Par contre nous avons modérément apprécié le coup de téléphone tardif de quelqu'un ne se présentant pas, nous demandant si la chambre était faite lorsque nous en avions pris possession et raccrochant sans aucune formule de politesse après notre réponse positive.

Excellente situation en front de neige. Confort et propreté de la chambre (literie neuve). Qualité et diversité des buffets au petit déjeuner et aux repas.Rapport qualité prix très intéressant pour la formule tout compris

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking à l’hôtel

L'acces a la reception pas du tout pratique avec des bagages, les ascenseurs petits et un était meme en panne, les abords de l'hotels tres sae et pas du tout entretenus.

IL NOUS A D'ABORD ETE PROPOSE DES DRAPS POUR QUE NOUS FASSIONS LE LIT. PUIS DEVANT NOTRE REFUS DE FAIRE DORMIR NOS ADOS DANS CETTE CHAMBRE, ON NOUS EN A TROUVE UNE AUTRE; NOUS AVONS CEPENDANT CHOISI DE RPOLONGE NOTRE SEJOUR DE 2 JOURS MAIS NOUS SOMMES HEURTE AU MANQUE DE PROFESSIONNALISME DANS LA RESERVATION COMPLEMENTAIRE DES 2 JOURS SUPPLEMENTAIRES (ERREUR DANS LE PRIX INDIQUE POUR UNE NUIT AU LIEU DE 2. NOUS SOMMES FINALEMENT PARTI PLUS TOT...

Au pied des pistes. Chambre confortable et propre.

Quantité de nourriture insuffisante dans les buffets qui manque longtemps avant la fin du service. Personnel débordé.
