The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very centrally located to all the tourist spots and good sopping in Angers. Two bocks from the Cathedral and another two to the Castle. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of foods. Room was small - even though we had booked a superior room |

Very difficult to actually get to the hotel because of significant long-term building/roadworks in progress throughout Angers town centre... many roads blocked. Whilst this is not the hotel's fault of course, some notes could possibly have been included in the website as I ended up driving around and around trying to get close enough to walk to the hotel from the nearest parking area. |

The staff were very helpful & friendly. The hotel had free WI-FI computer connections to each room. It was very difficult to navigate around the streets of Angers as lots of roadworks were taking place so took a long time to find the Hotel. |

Location was excellent, description accurate, staff polite and knowledgeable with information, parking facilities local, safe and very reasonably priced. We booked 2 rooms and it would have been nice if they could have been nearer ie on the same floor but it was not really a problem. |

le personnel communique à peine des informations essentielles ! je me suis garé près de l'hôtel et ils ont été incapables de me dire qu'il y avait une braderie le lendemain dans toute la ville ! j'ai eu une amende et ma voiture retirée ! c'est inadmissible! |

Remarquablement situé dans le centre historique, mais sans parking (il y a un parking couvert pas cher pas trop loin). Calme, propre et accueillant, à un prix très intéressant. Chambre petite mais décoration soignée. Lit agréable avec un bon matelas ce qui n'est pas si fréquent. |

Installé en plein centre ville, idéal pour visiter le château d'Angers ainsi que tous les autres lieux touristiques du centre-ville. Difficile d'accès en ce moment et pour un bon moment encore : le centre-ville d'Angers est en travaux pour la construction d'une ligne de tramway... |
