comparing with other hotels in Paris, the room is much bigger. it is also very clean. not very soundproof, can hear the sound from the bathroom nextdoor clearly. |

Convenient location, attractive decor and appearance, helpful and efficient staff, comfortable reception area. Charge for wireless internet, fairly small room (though typical for Paris). |

Whery nice and comfortable room. Recepcionist didnt know how to give me invoice on my company name and refuse to call collegs and ask. |

The staff were always very helpful and friendly, made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us on several occasions, were more than willing to do their best to find out anything we needed to know. Internet was pricey and was not always reliable. |

The staff was helpful, location was near to metro and great restaurants, especially Paul's-fantastic croissants and pasteries. |

The location is perfect. The hotel is very nice and well decorated. The rooms - as in the great majority in hotels of the same quality in Paris - are very small. The hotel is not equiped with duches. One has to use manual devices. |

Hele vriendelijke mensen, goede service, je voelt je thuis, erg netjes en fris en nieuw en verzorgd. Gezellige, nette, frisse, mooie en gezellige buurt! Enige nadeel is dat er geen parkeerplaats is van het hotel, maar je kunt op 5 min loopafstand in een ruime en goede parkeergarage terecht. |

la proximité avec mon lieu de travail à peut près tout : prix surdimensionné par rapport aux prestations offertes : hotel bruyant, mobilier viellot et à rénover, chambre très petite, pas de petit déjeuner en chambre (à 140 euros la nuit!!!) |

Goede nette kamers; leuk hotel; goed gelegen nabij de Opera. Personeel redelijk tot goed. Het ontbijt stelt helemaal niets voor; zelfs geen stokbrood aanwezig, alleen wat broodjes. Wordt verkocht als ontbijtbuffet voor 15 euro. Is veel te duur. |

Местоположение в центре города - непосредственная близость бульваров, крупных торговых центров, площади Мадлен, улицы Риволи, Лувра, площади Согласия и Елисейских полей. Здание старой постройки, поэтому мои претензии (теснота и неудобство номера, отсутствие звукоизоляции и т.д.) исправить крайне сложно. |

Во время проживания в отеле мне понравилось отношение персонала - на любые вопросы были получены ответы, помогали разобраться в маршрутах - объясняли как добраться до определенных мест. Персонал разговаривает на английском языке - и на ресепшене и в столовой - что тоже очень выручило. Понравились завтраки - отзывчивые доброжелательные женщины в столовой. Своевременна уборка номеров. Можно добавить электрические чайники в номера и кружки - вечером так приятно попить чай с круассанами. |
