Местоположение в центре города - непосредственная близость бульваров, крупных торговых центров, площади Мадлен, улицы Риволи, Лувра, площади Согласия и Елисейских полей. Здание старой постройки, поэтому мои претензии (теснота и неудобство номера, отсутствие звукоизоляции и т.д.) исправить крайне сложно. |

Во время проживания в отеле мне понравилось отношение персонала - на любые вопросы были получены ответы, помогали разобраться в маршрутах - объясняли как добраться до определенных мест. Персонал разговаривает на английском языке - и на ресепшене и в столовой - что тоже очень выручило. Понравились завтраки - отзывчивые доброжелательные женщины в столовой. Своевременна уборка номеров. Можно добавить электрические чайники в номера и кружки - вечером так приятно попить чай с круассанами. |

Very welcoming - staff always helpful. In a great location for transport - Metro & Roissybus for CDG airport around the corner. Major shops close by. 4th stay this year so far - so can recommend the hotel without hesitation. |

Central to sight seeing and shopping as well as metro. Many great cafe's and excellent restaurants nearby. I was told on checking in that breakfast was included but the high strung desk person at checkout denied this and I was charged around $50-$60 for hot chocolate and a roll. I would have recommended this hotel to others but based on that, I chose not to. |

The hotel is incredibly charming and the staff accomodated us in every way. Sone might grumble that the room is a bit small, but given that we were out and about all day, the size of the room didn't matter to us. It's perfectly located within walking distance of the metro and major museums and monuments. We will definitely choose the hotel again for the next trip to Paris. |

Clean and comfortable room, did upgrade to larger room, was more than big enough for our needs. Very central in a good location in order to visit all landmarks and shops! Staff very friendly |

I like the location of the location since it's in the city center The room service is not good. They don't serve neither lunch nor dinner. It was under kind of construction. The room was so small and the left as well. |

comparing with other hotels in Paris, the room is much bigger. it is also very clean. not very soundproof, can hear the sound from the bathroom nextdoor clearly. |

The staff were always very helpful and friendly, made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us on several occasions, were more than willing to do their best to find out anything we needed to know. Internet was pricey and was not always reliable. |
