Staff was friendly and did their best to communicate in my poor French and their limited English. Had a wonderful desert in hotel restaurant. Large tub in bathroom with soap only provided. Location was excellent. When we checked in just after 1 pm no one thought to warn us that all restaurants would stop serving very soon ( a little before 2).

The hotel is situated at one end of a charming town and within easy reach of its facilities. We had two dinners there and both were very good. The breakfast is sparse by European standards, but adequate. The room was very hot overnight, with only a fan to cool us.

Very friendly and co-operative staff, and convenient base for exploring the Dordogne region. Free adjacent parking at all times and nice outside area for meals, should you wish to sit outside. Can be noisy in front rooms (trains/traffic) but not really an issue. Not really any choice in dinner set menu meal, but what was on offer was absolutely wonderful. Alternative was offered however.

Helpful friendly staff. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Relaxing lovely outdoor area. Well established older style hotel with comfortable accommodation. Good value for the price. I booked 5 double rooms and all of the couples liked the hotel.

Very well positioned for exploring the Dordogne. Old hotel but very clean and well furnished with gardens and pool. Good restaurant. Breakfasts were very average. Again the price adverised at reception was less than the price charged through Bookings.com

I felt this hotel was very overpriced compared to others we stayed at in the area. It was to be our splurge. However, rooms were shabby. Pictures had obviously been taken many years ago, showing vibrant, fresh rooms, which these were not. Poor value for money. Restaurant was so expensive that we headed back in Sarlat where restaurants are very good and reasonable.

Visit caves and prehistoric cave art. Great local foods and wine. Seeing all the local sights was physically challenging for older people with difficulty on hills or stairs and with poor balance.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant plusieurs années au temps des propriétaires précédents, il y a un certain temps (+de 30ans). Nous voulions y repasser une nuit. Nous ne le regrettons pas. Cet établissement a toujours autant de caractère et on s'y sent très bien. Nous sommes contents d'avoir retrouvé cette adresse liée à de nombreux souvenirs.

Nous avons adore cet hôtel. C'est différant aux hôtels classiques modernes et sans âmes qui sont tous identiques. Ici c'est différent. Tout y est authentique comme dans le passé. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Chambres spacieuses, personnel sympathique, cuisine très intéressante, petit déjeuner bien fourni, chambres avec double vitrage bien insonorisée, les couloirs avec des blocs de pierre donnent un cachet certain. Séjour efféctué à Paques (peu de circulation) dans cet hotel en bord de route

Sa situation. Hôtel répertorié 3 étoiles ... Complètement immérité. Chambres pas propre (taches de sang et cheveux sur dessus de lit...) avec des équipements âgés, en particulier dans la salle de bain. Wifi ne fonctionnant pas dans la chambre. Salle de raturant sans attrait, avec courants d'air, pas chauffée, ...et repas quelconque.

Simpatia e cortesia no atendimento. A comida do restaurante, preparada pela proprietária, dispensa as saídas para jantar. é muito boa e a relação custo-benefício bem satisfatória. O café da manhã é bastante simples pelo valor cobrado.

-Le confort, le calme, et la propreté de la chambre, la situation de l'hôtel dans la vallée de la Vézère, le restaurant de l'hôtel et la salle du petit déjeuner, la possibilité d'utiliser la wifi au salon du 1er étage, l'accueil de nos hôtes. :) Le prix des boissons dans le mini-bar de la chambre, vraiment excessif. O.o

Chambre et Salle de Bains spacieuses. Insonorisation inexistante .Portes qui claquent.Bruits de pas au plafond.On vit le bain et les abblutions des voisins comme si on y était ainsi que la ou les chasses d'eau au remplissage interminable .La proximité de la route et du rail ne me génant pas ,je n'en dirai rien ;si, un petit plus ,la sonnerie du Garde barrière,avant le passage du TER,j'ai trouvé ça trés bucolique.

El trato es familiar, los desayunos estan bien, completos. La piscina del hotel esta bien, sobre todo para refrescarse en las epocas de mucho calor, como Julio y Agosto. En general es un hotel sencillo. Es un hotel viejito, las instalaciones son antiguas. Por las noches en verano hace demasiado calor en las habitaciones, aunque tienen ventilador. En el baño no hay cortinas en la bañera, con lo que al ducharte se encharca todo el baño.
