nothing in the description of this hotel was accurate, the wifi was non existent in the room we were given and the breakfast was a disgrace, €7 for a slice of baguette and a coffee. The foyer seems to be used as a kindergarten and one day we returned to find a young boy vomiting in the receptions toilet...nice smell. Versailles is a terrific place, dont let this hotel ruin your visit. |

We were on the top floor so no one bothered us from above We have two kids and the room had two double beds. Very difficult for sleeping arrangments, should have had two twins and 1 queen instead. Tried to get extra sheets, did not get them. |

it was very convenient to the Versailles Palace. We could arrive early by train, walk to the hotel ,leave our luggage and continue on to the Palace |

Rooms was very nice and clean. Good beeds and nice bathroom. Perfect location for a visit to the Chateau Versailles As usual in France the breakfast is much to expensive. Parking was a nightmare. Had to park many blocks away. Due to the parking issue I would not recommend anyone to stay here if they arrive in own car. The staff on arrival date spoke fair english. But the guy on departure date did not know a single word of english, and that is not acceptable for foreign people like us. |

Great location, walking distance to chateau and restaurants Toilet in our room was broken, had to flush from inside tank and ran constantly. Also mini bar refrigerator did not work and some lights were burned out. When we checked out, hotel claimed our credit card did not work, although we had used it three times the day before and twice after at other places. Had to go to ATM to get cash for check out. |

Very helpful on the phone; provided the baby cot we asked for; lovely greeting when we arrived, with a lovely lady on reception who was patient with our French and spoke English. Good room. Perfectly located for the palace and the eating area of town, and in a very quiet area. Two staff tried to convince us that another guest should have the baby cot (we had not only booked it, but called the night before to check it was available as we would have bought our own if it wasn't). The next morning when our baby cried and we were trying to comfort him the hotel called to say a guest complained - even though it was a family hotel. |

Несколько старомодный отель.Расположен в центре. Платную парковку найти просто.Дворец буквально в двух шагах.Неожиданно просторный номер.Персонал прекрасно говорит по русски, душевные и милые люди. отсутствует лифт. |

Ett mycket vänligt och personligt bemötande från ägarinnan där barnen berömdes, det är viktigt att alla i en familj blir vänligt bemötta så att man känner sig avspänd. Det var också mycket välskyltat för att hitta dit. Det var definitivt prisvärt. Det var lyhört och i ett av rummens badrum luktade det alltför starkt av klorin. |

Hotel très bien situé par rapport au château de Versailles, parking à proximité pour la journée et la nuit à 5 euros (ce qui est relativement bon marché pour la région parisienne). Très bon accueil. |

Le calme et la proximité de l'entrée du château de Versailles, l'accueil du personnel sa disponibilité et ses précieux renseignements. Le petit déjeuner un peu léger, les croissant sans saveur sont décongelés. |

Prima ligging/schattig hotel/klein, daardoor intiem/leuk/heel aardige,geinteresseerde, hartelijke ,eigenaars + staf/leuke tuin/ ik had tuinkamer(super fijn), vogeltjes/rust,ben echt heel tevreden en kom terug! Zoon woont in Versalles, was hiervoor paar keer in een ander hotelletje, dit 100xbeter! |

Goede bereikbaarheid en ontvangst. Kamer en aanwezige apparatuur (fohn, koelkast, lampen etc) in orde. Verder alles schoon en netjes. Matig ontbijt, (weinig keus) in magnetron opgewarmde koffie. Beetje gedateerd meubilair, maar wel in behoorlijke staat. |
