the location the room the quietness of the street
the amateurish staff no light on the landing (never fixed) no inside telephone in the room the shower (difficult to handle) the room left unlocked after cleaning
- Excellent Location - short walk to Chateau de Versailles and several nice resto's - staff - friendly and helpful - value for money - clean hotel - character - not bland, quirky - good VFM breakfast (additional cost)
- would have liked breakfast included - bed was a bit soft - wifi didn't reach the top floor
Near the RER station
One of the worst hotel I ever stayed They have better rooms which they tell u it's more expensive and don't give u on the booking u have The price is a kill for the size of room. Tooo too small rooms. Wifi doesn't work inside the room No tea / coffee or fridge Very very old buildings Out of all the places I've been This was the worst experience. Would never recommend this to anyone.
Nice clean decoration
Room clostrophic too small
everything was as advertised ,location was excellent both for the chateau and train to Paris and airport.
Pretty nondescript actually, right near the palace & near to some good restaurants/ bars. Friendly check in & check out. Although not expensive per se, the price /quality probably reflects the location.
Had no change in the till so I was forced to pay by card. Breakfast very poor value even by French standards & served by Mr Grumpy. You need to be a bit of a contortionist to use the toilet. Nearest parking a 5 minute walk away so it makes it a but of a struggle unless you want to pull up in the narrow street and drop the bags off. No air-con in room which faced a closed in courtyard so we had to endure a very uncomfortable hot sticky night
Great location, reasonable priced
when checking in they told us that we were being placed inter new building across the street. I was hesitant and asked specifically about the WIFI and was assured that It was all up and running. I am an only parent and own a small business that relies on me being accessible. the WIFI did not work and the only suggestion was to take 5 euro off the room price.
Stephanie was amazing! Loved her. The older guy that worked at night didn't speak any English and wasn't much of a help but she was awesome. The king sized bed was super comfortable and had a nice big Samsung hdtv hanging on the wall. Bathroom was fine.
Mould in the bathroom, clog on the shower head.
Location for the château of Versailles, local restaurants, stations and the price
Proximity to Palace
Pull out bed for second queen
The location was very good, just 5 mins walk from the Chateau of Versailles. And close walk from the SNCF station. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good though it did not serve eggs. It is actually similar to an English bed and breakfast.
The family room was too small. The second bed was actually a sofa cum bed which was not very comfortable. Also would have liked tea/coffee in the room. A proper cupboard would be better.
