Close to central square. Good service from the front desk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending good restaurants and other activities. Two blocks from Place de la Comedie, is a good location. After arriving we changed to a larger room, and the staff was very accommodating. They let us inspect several rooms, all of which were lovely. (This was for a two-week visit). We would certainly return to this hotel.

Actually, there wasn't anything we didn't like. The first room was a little small for us, but very charming. The second room was larger, but had less charm than the smaller room. (My wife adds, *both* rooms were charming!)

We only stayed one night and rested up after a 24 hour flight. It was super clean, and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to friends.

Authentic french hotel centered around literary theme-good clean room with helpful staff and conveniently located next to old quarter.

Staff were very friendly. Room and bathroom were nicely furnished and individual. First time I've had not only free interent in a room but also a computer to use it and free landline phone calls. Very close to the Old Town.

There is discount parking at an underground car park which is a few minutes walk from the hotel but took an hour to reach in the car due to one way system, pedestrianised areas and construction of a new tram line. I would have liked to know this in advance and I would have gone direct to parking. The hotel is very close to the centre and this led to a lot of noise in the street till the small hours and a rubbish bag was thrown from the street onto out balcony waking us up around 2am. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it is expensive for very limited choice and there are lots of nice cafes nearby.

Excellent location on quiet streets close to Place de Comedie and the gare; room was large, air-conditioned and had a good wi-fi connection; the staff was welcoming and helpful; the hotel provided reduced parking rates at a nearby public lot; the jet shower was fabulous.

There was no elevator so this wouldn't be the best option for people with limited mobility; the price was a little high (but that was true for all the hotels in the area)

Pas assez de places pour le petit déjeuner. Il faut parfois attendre son tour.

Cette chambre est située au rdc et il reste difficile de profiter de la matinée pour dormir. Impossible de commander son petit déjeuner au dernier momment qu'il faut réserver la veille au soir. L'hotel n'a pas de parking

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Montpellier. Equipement high tech de la chambre.

Propreté douteuse de la moquette. Pas d'ascenseur et le personnel n'aide pas soontanément.
