Best Western Hôtel De La Bourse  

The hotel was very convenient and the staff helpful. The parking/garaging arrangements are limited and access by car is not easy. But, overall, for our purpose - the car museum etc, - the hotel was satisfactory.

Convenient to train station and local trams

Room was comfortable and well located for easy acesss to both railway station and city. Very quiet and value for money. You do need to walk into the city centre for evening meals but this is not a chore.

The hotel is located close to the train station. The rooms are quite clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The walls and floors are not very soundproof - I could hear when a (generally quiet) neighbour woke up in the morning. And perhaps he and she could hear me when I got back late. Mulhouse is fine for a stopover, the central square is beautiful except where marred by mall stores and modern architects, but less than fascinating.

Superb location from where to explore the city

Perfect 1 day stop on the way to Italy from the Netherlands. Only 10 KM from highway Chose hotel based on price and tripadvisor ratings. It s quite a good and new hotel, looks of the room are nice and location for visiting Mulhouse (though not really interesting) is perfect. Had 3 bed room which was good with a 3 year old, only found quite some dust under the bed when looking for lost toy. Price was great, only 59 euro! Would recommend as a good cheap option in that neighbourhood

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was the most wonderful cat in the lobby that greets all the guests - very friendly but not in the way at all. The hotel was right in the heart of the city and close to a wonderful restaurant call the Garden Ice Cafe, which has excellent food at reasonable prices and hotel guests can get a 10% discount. The free wifi was great, also.

The internet can be a little slow when many guests are logged on.

It's quiet, but central location. The bathroom and quiet light bedroom, with good bed linen and pillows

It didn't serve food or beverages and we had to ask for the tea making tray etc. It allowed animals into the hotel

Staff was friendly, helpful and provided at personable service. The were flexible and accomodating. They were discrete and polite. The hotel is decorated in a very tasteful and pleasant style, and everything is clean. Breakfast was generally of a high standard

Although breakfast was of a good standard, there were a couple of glitches. On occasions the coffee was so strong that it was undrinkable. The fruitsalad did not look appetising as it was left to stand uncovered or cooled all morning.

Convenient, clean and will be staying again.

Its location in the 'old' section of Mulhouse. A basic but very clean and comfortable hotel.

Breakfast was expensive for what you got. The local Subway is a better option.
