При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается EUR 55,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

The Hotel De La Cite was spectacular, situated within the ancient city. The staff are unobtrusive yet exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was excellent. Very peaceful at night, but plenty of buzz in the town during the day. Highly recommended (but eat out) We booked for both restaurants. On the basis of the first (lower priced), we cancelled the second (much higher priced). Prices are top whack for everything. |

2nd time staying at this hotel with family (2 children). The room was pretty large, and the shower was excellent (best water pressure of entire European vacation). The pool is small but very lovely, and the attendant at pool was fabulously cheerful and attentive. This is the best hotel in the old walled city. Highly recommend. First night we ate dinner at the hotel's outdoor restaurant (Le Jardin). Atrocious service, the wait staff looked like they were still in high school and had the lack of professionalism to go with their immaturity. We cancelled our reservation for the 2nd night at the indoor (more pricey) hotel restaurant for fear that we would have a repeat of Le Jardin's inexperienced staff and general incompetence. The hotel is great but beware of untrained (or was it uncaring?) wait staff. |

Very helpful staff and beautiful castle surroundings. Rooms very well thought out and luxurious. Ambiance extended the feel of the chateaux town. amazing buildings. Great treat. |

We liked the atmosphere of excellence and calm, together with the friendly quiet competence of the staff. The hotel reminded us of the only other hotel which we regarded as the best that we had been to, ie The Monasteria at Cusco, How can I criticize? But I would have appreciated a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, |

the hotel was superb location cleanliness & dining were excellent in fact the meal in the restaurant was probably the best i have had in a hotel restaurant for many years. the staff were helpful polite & even during dinner staff took time to talk not just about food but your day & suggest places to visit.all in all an excellent & relaxing break. the only problem on the first night the air con was no working & the outside temp during the day was30 degrees so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. |

Staff support was excellent - very friendly and helpful Internet does not work in the rooms - access only in lobby. For a cost equal to one third of one room charge for one night they could invest in a decent Wifi router. |

Das Hotel bzw. die gesamte Anlage war vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis okay, jedoch das Zimmer selbst war klein und "Mittelklasse" (selbst bei reduzierten Preis von 315,- anstelle 375,- €. Das Frühstückbuffet für 28,- €/Person war üppig und sehr vielseitig (für diese Preisklasse also sehr gut!). |

Das Restaurant "la Saskia" hat mit Frau Natalie eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und angenehme Persönlichkeit, ohne die das Frühstück nicht halb so schön wäre. Sie geht sehr einfühlsam auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste ein und wir danken dafür. Die Parkanlage geniessen haben wir auch diese mal sehr genossen und Ruhe und Ambiance um den Swimming Pool. Auch die Dienste des sehr freundlichen Nachtportiers sind uns aufgefallen. Unser letzter Aufenthalt war nicht im Computer zu finden. Wir hatten das Zimmer 247. Bei diesem Aufenthalt war es das Zimmer 210, das etwas dunkler, sehr komfortabel und zweckmässig ist, aber weniger schön. Ich habe mich über eine Ausstellung im Museum informiert. Die Dame der Reception wusst nicht Bescheid und wollte mich zurückrufen, hat sich aber nicht mehr gemeldet. Zur Zeit unserers Aufenthaltes waren die Scorpions Konzerte, weshalb die Abende von deren Auftritt laut waren. Dafür haben wir Verständnis. Was organisatorisch etwas mühsam für uns war, ist die Lösung das Auto bis 10.00 morgens auf den Parkplatz ausserhalb der Stadt gebracht zu haben. Der Service der Chauffeure ist allerdings nur früh morgens erhältlich. |

想像以上に快適なホテルでした。飲食の値段がやや高めですが、外の飲食店よりはゆったりとできますし、支払- いも最後にまとめて出来るので便利でした。帰りのタクシーも予約時間きっちりに来てくれて助かりました。 |
