Hotel staff very pleasant on arrival. English channels on tv. 5 minute walk to St Malo ferry terminal. It was very noisy, no lift so people clonking up and down the wooden stairs made alot of noise. The bathroom was tiny, not really enough room to move and was seperated from the bedroom by a curtain.

The room and bathroom were clean but we felt that there was quiye a bit of dust in the room and as one of our people suffer from asthma and hayfever they noticed it quickly.

as for the hotel it was very bassic. but i injoyed its location. as i walked into the reseption it smelt on clean. the bedroom was far to small for a doulble. and the shower room was smaller then inside a caravan.no door on shower suite just a curtain. loved st malo but wouldent stay in this hotel again.

Convenient location for the ferries to Channel Islands and UK. Some good restaurants close by and easy no cost parking. Easy walk to the old walled city and away from the heavy traffic. The woman running the place was very good and friendly. No lift and we were on 3rd floor. (no fire escapes like so many in France) As a above re lifts etc

La situation dans un des quartiers les plus anciens de St-Malo / idéal quand on prend le ferry pour les îles anglo-normandes (à 6 ou 7' à pied de la gare maritime). Le charme des bâtiments anciens (17ème) Bien rénové, couleurs claires et gaies, mobilier simple et sobre. Les chambres du dernier étage ont une belle vue sur la mer (pas d'ascenseur, mais il n'y a que 3 étages). La propriétaire est très accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner français très bon et copieux.

Très bon accueil et bonne situation géographique à proximité de St Malo intra muros. Quartier calme et pas de nuisances sonores. La chambre que nous avons occupée mériterait un rafraîchissement sérieux (tapisserie, parquet et bac de douche).

la proximité du terminal maritime . Nous n'avons pas apprécié de trouver porte close à notre arrivée après 17h, alors que l'accueil est annoncé à partir de 17h ; il a été nécessaire d'appeler au téléphone la personne chargée de l'accueil ; à son arrivée, nous n'avons pas eu la peine de l'excuser pour ce retard, puisqu' aucun mot de sa part n'a été formulé en ce sens !
