The staff was prompt in providing ice. 1. Lack of light bulbs in nightstand lamps. 2. Lack of shades in lamps after we secured light bulbs. 3. Lack of replenishing plastic cups, soaps, or towels. 4. Lack of WIFI service because the provided password didn't work. 5. The advertised lift did not provide service to the room. 6. The rated superior/delux had only one two foot square window.

The hotel itself exudes class and sophistication. My room was very spacious and featured some great amenities such as high quality WiFi and a heated towel rack. The location worked very well also, just a couple of minutes walk to the center of Beaune for restaurants, shopping, etc. No business center for guests. I was shocked there was not a computer and printer available for guests to book train tickets or check-in for flights. The front desk people were super accommodating and willing to check train schedules, but a business center is a necessary thing for travelers in 2012.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful,especially the receptionist who made us feel very welcome. The hotel is a short walking distance from the centre of town but also conveniently situated to catch the motorway without difficulty. The secure garaging was a huge bonus,

Excellent polite service, really nice room (free upgrade), good location immediately next to the old centre, secure inside parking. We had a very nice one night stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel as good value for money.

the staff were extremely efficient, courteous and freindly, always with a smile and very helpful. We were staying for three days and on arrival, we were upgraded to a junior suite. A large, very comfortable room.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull they all made me feel at home.The location is perfect right at the gate of the wall that circles old town. The room was much better than I expected. Beaune is great! I will return to Hotel De La Poste. No real complaints

Great location just on the fringe of the town. Very attentive staff. Private under cover parking. Excellent Gourmet dinner (not cheap though at €60pp) and good buffet breakfast.

Very helpful staff. We were upgraded to a Confort room without asking.Comfortable bed, which is important to us.Close to the centre within 5 mins.walking distance. Huge garage for parking the car . If we were paying the price of our upgraded room, we would have been disappointed by the tiny shower room.

The room was clean and new. In the past we also stayed at the hotel but the rooms were oldfashioned. The food was very good. The garage is superb. Perhaps more improvements and renovations are possible.

This is a superb hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with excellent air-conditioning, a large, comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. The car park is secure, with decently large spaces and easily accessed. The town centre is a five minute walk away. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but worth it in our opinion. The food was superb, the wine list excellent and the service impeccable. The staff were uniformly excellent - helpful and friendly without being obseqious. We would recommend this hotel unhesitatingly.

The breakfast was good and the evening meal was good but small portions but attractively served Room was on dark side TV old and about 15 feet from bed. Best thing bed was comfortable! Expensive at 240 euros compared to hotel near Mougins in same chain for 170 euros when we had much larger rooms kitchen etc although breakfast there was not included

We loved the location, just outside the old wall surrounding Beaune. It was easy walking into the city Centre. Also, access to Burgandy wineries was excellent. Very classy hotel. Would stay again. The Classic Room was a bit small, but sufficient.

Located on the edge of the town, within walking distance of the historic and enjoyable town centre - but not far from the main motorway for those crossing France - an ideal overnight, or even two night stop. Comforatble rooms, pleasant staff and secure parking on site.
