The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were happy to accommodate (us at our request) with a room at the back of the hotel for our return stay. Has secure locked garage (payable). Proximity to Beaune centre. Dinner good though quite expensive. On ring road and therefore room was noisy. Air conditioning in first room was very noisy, and with window open difficult to sleep because of traffic noise. In second room (bigger, brighter and newly decorated) the air conditioning unit behind curtains, therefore either you had to sleep with curtains open or have ineffectual air conditioning. Therefore interrupted sleep on both occaisons - not to be recommended when facing a long drive the next day! Overpriced rooms and breakfast. |

All the staff were both helpful and efficient. The service was excellent but as the restaurant was closed on the day we arrived we could not have dinner at the hotel. A first class breakfast. The first room we were oferred was too small and would have been unsatisfactory. We agreed to pay an additional €30 and were given a larger and more suitable accomodatio. |

Hotel was centraly located, easy acces to the town. good restaurant and wine list, knowledgeable wait staff. friendly staff all round. Limited english language TV access. |

Excellent location and access for town and countryside (vineyards), the refurbishment, secure indoor car park a real bonus and very good, helpful and pleasant staff Very good refurbishment especially the bathrooms but appear to have skimped on the beds which in my view made a very pleasant hotel just that bit short of Luxury |

The staff providing highly personalized and efficient service in response to requests. I would like to take this opportunity to particularly complement Valerie of the front desk for her communication and computer skills. Would suggest the addition of screens to windows and upgrading the toilet area (room #208). |

Quality of hotel. Position of hotel. Friendly and caring attitude of staff. I was unfortunately unwell during our visit but the care and assistance was first class. Would recommend booking restaurant in advance as was full on the day we were there, though in reality we would not have been able to have eaten there. We sent a complimentary email to them. A small observation. As with other French hotels the bathroom and toilet are separate but the toilet did not have a sink. |
