Hôtel le Cep is located in the heart of historic Beaune. It owes its charm and warm atmosphere to the union of many old homes built between the 14th and the 18th centuries.

Staff, decor, restaurant,bar, easy parking.
All the staff were helpful and friendly. dinner at the hotel was delicious.
Bed and Pillows were not the best.
Staff were excellent The hotel is old but authentic
There is no parking close to the hotel
La Poste has a calm and welcoming atmosphere even during the busiest weekend of the year in Beaune. The staff are charming and professional. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished.
The breakfast could have been better. It is a pity there is no room service for guests who arrive late and don't need a restaurant meal, but would like to eat something.
The front desk staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable.
Wifi was terrible in the rooms. We had to sit in one spot to get very slow reception.
Location could walk into the centre in 5 minutes. Restaurant the food was delicious and the service was super. Secure parking was a plus as was good wifi. Hotel beautifully decorated with good atmosphere
Our room was at the front of the hotel and was quite noisy.
friendly staff, good service, spacious room with good closet storage for all of our baggage, excellent dinner in formal dining room but with friendly wait staff. And we enjoyed Sophie - I believe that was her name - a lovely, helpful and friendly woman.
The shower water could have been warmer. If the weather had been cold, I would have shivered throughout my shower.
Closeness to the old town Lovely staff Ease of parking
The location is great and the hotel offers great value for money. Room quite small but as only one night it was perfect. Covered parking worked well as we had a lot of luggage & wine which we did not want to leave on the street so worth paying 12 euros.
The only minor issue was our room was facing the main road so we woke up quite early with road noise so ask for a room at the back.
Loved the entrance, it was like a hotel from another era, the restaurant was beautiful and food was lovely, and the bar was welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and generous. The parking facilities were exemplary. Wonderful reception staff - first rate and polite to the hilt.
The only thing I wasn't keen on, and this is entirely superfluous, was the décor in the corridors and up the stairs to the rooms. It seemed as if the hotel had been renovated/updated except these areas which were caught up in a bit of an 80's version of Victoriana, with an overly patterned red/gold and green colour scheme. Whereas downstairs was lovely with the black and Ivory striped lampshades and the French greys that looked so amazing with the chrome fittings and chandeliers. Just a minor point though
Food, staff close to city enter
Street noise and bar patrons across the street kept us up half the night.
A wonderful traditional hotel with an antique lift, very comfortable lounge, and the biggest private car parking garage I have ever encountered. Located just outside the old city walls, it is within 5 minutes walk of the centre of town. Extensive wine list.
Charming hotel, staff was very attentive to the needs of guests. Parking is in a secure garage on the property.
Wifi was not as easy to access as expected.
Very dated and worn out hotel. No porter on arrival to help with bags. This hotel is derelict and not like the web photos. Sunday breakfast closed at 10am - far too early.
Restaurant closed on Tuesdays
Decor quite dated.
Helpful staff Good covered parking Location Value for money
Wifi was awful - couldn't even open or send email Breakfast at €19 per head is ridiculous
staff friendly and helpful location parking arrangement in private garage room spacious and quiet
its fairly pricey
cramped room. no real view. restaurant over priced and over rated
Hotel is well located, very clean and room was nice and large. The staff is friendly and helpful .
Our meal in the restaurant was excellent, very spacious bedroom, good location and easy access to town centre
Large, comfortable room. Modern bathroom with amazing shower! Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location perfect, 5 mins walk to the centre of town.
Great ambience. Really relaxing stay
Everything except the restaurant
Food in the restaurant was good but let down by slow service and cavalier attitude of restaurant staff
