We had no hot water at night when we came home, after a night of partying with friends for New Year's Eve. The owners said we are to wait for 10 minutes before water is hot again, at night. We had not been informed about that, and my husband and son took a cold shower. When my son had finished he did mention that the water was getting slightly less cold .....Personally I waited until 11 am. It is very difficult to mix hot and cold water to reach appropriate temperature. I burnt myself in the morning. The room was definitely not noise-proof, we could hear neighbors talking and laughing early in the morning, as well as people walking in the corridor.
