The location was convenient because we were visiting friends for the New Year's Eve. We had no hot water at night when we came home, after a night of partying with friends for New Year's Eve. The owners said we are to wait for 10 minutes before water is hot again, at night. We had not been informed about that, and my husband and son took a cold shower. When my son had finished he did mention that the water was getting slightly less cold .....Personally I waited until 11 am. It is very difficult to mix hot and cold water to reach appropriate temperature. I burnt myself in the morning. The room was definitely not noise-proof, we could hear neighbors talking and laughing early in the morning, as well as people walking in the corridor. Although that was a New Year's Eve there was no tolerance as to departure time. We think 12:00 would be most welcome on such special dates.

Lovely hotel in a typical french small town. We stayed in late Oct and the temperature of the room was comfortable; but I can imagine that the small rooms would get very hot in the summer. I didn't see signs of temp control in our room.

Reception area beautiful, very welcoming...rooms comfortable, but some are to be updated this year, good location on town square and secure parking on-site.All in all a nice experience, can't fault staff/manager who even helped us to get a table in the local ( excellent) restaurant..

Bel hôtel entièrement rénové (avec beaucoup de goût) belle chambre pour quatre.Séjour et personnel très agréable et avenant La ville est en travaux ce qui rend l'accès temporairement délicat.

Super ! n hésitez pas à vous y arrêter, l'accueil est remarquable, la chambre très bien équipée (nous avions la 219). Le bâtiment est très beau. Petit déjeuner copieux. C'était parfait. Seul bémol, mais l'hotel n y est pour rien : le stationnement problématique car le maire de trets s'est cru obligé de le rendre payant ! Nous voyageons beaucoup et c'est la première fois que nous voyons une aussi petite ville faire payer le stationnement. Il y a cependant un parking gratuit à quelques centaines de mètres ou bien le parking de l hotel. Encore bravo à ce couple très sympathique pour leur accueil.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute des clients. L'hôtel par lui-même est très agréable, bien décoré et bien tenu et de tout confort; un endroit où l'on se sent bien. De plus, l'hôtel est situé en plein coeur de la ville et à proximité de petits restaurants sympatiques.

La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité. A notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de bénéficier d'une suite en lieu et place d'une chambre normale. Un petit frigo dans la chambre serait un plus.

Personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant et serviable, propreté des chambres. La réception n'est pas souvent à son poste et télécommande de la clim a moitié hs impossibilité de lire si on met du froid ou du chaud et à quelle température.

Bon petit déjeuner,bonne literie,tranquillité selon l'orientation de la chambre et du voisinage!! Gentillesse et patience des gérants Parking aléatoire, et fermé à 20h.sinon parking dans la ville payant proche et lointain gratuit.chambre petite pour du supèrieur.
