Beautiful clean room with view of the Juno Beach! Accommodating staff (with regards to food alergy and language) and very friendly. Room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was supplied with everything that we needed. We would return to this hotel.

Everything! A complete success with no weak points. A hidden gem and I shall return! The restaraunt is stunning... The food is the best I have had in 30 yrs of travelling abroad. Bravo !

The location was excellent - on the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the hotel as an overnight stop for our return on the Caen/Portsmouth ferry. Bedroom a little small, no lift and bed not particularly comfortable.

The location was perfect as we visiting Juno Beach & Juno Beach Centre. The hotel is 2-star and it shows. There is no elevator, the rooms need an update and the managers/owners had a bit of attitude. We especially found the meal system very confusing for North Americans.

Quality of service. Attention to patrons was excellent. Also enjoyed location on seaside and view on marina. Restaurant was excellent. WiFi acess is appreciated. Perhaps the lack of soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear the person in the next room cough much of the night. I suppose it is to be expected as this is an older establishment. Would stay there again regardless.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and despite the fact that English is not their strong suit and French is not mine we got by just fine. The accommodation is clean and the room was decorated in a simple, modern, way. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and the food is great with a variety of menus and varying prices to chose from.We had a room with sea views and a small balcony (stand on rather than sit out on size). There was no lift however, and it was not obvious how elderly / disabled clients might be accommodated. All in all excellent value for a small two star hotel.

Excellent value hotel located at Place 6 Juin, Courselles - Sur - Mer. Very close to the Juno Beach Center. If you are visiting any of the ww2 Canadian landing beaches this is the best place to stay.The dining room is without doubt the best in Courselles - Sur- Mer.Highly recommended.

Indehaverens venlige sind og servicemindedness. I topklasse! Opholdsstuerne var smukke og lyse - men fuldstændig bookede, selvom vi var i april. Da værelserne bestod af senge og intet gulvplads, var man 100 pct henvist til at trave rundt i byen. Begge værelser var totalt uegnede til andet end at sove i. Hvis man godt kan lide at opholde sig på værelset, også, vil jeg ikke anbefale dette. Bemærk dog, at sengene var endog særdeles gode, hvilket er et klart plus, i sær hvis man er lidt oppe i alderen. ;-)

Un accueil chaleureux . Une gentillesse et une capacité de la part de tout le personnel de s'adapter au client , répondre , voire anticiper , ses attentes . Discrétion , mais aussi , totale disponibilité . J'ai aimé pouvoir sortir en déposant ma clef sur le tableau ... J'ai aimé pouvoir prendre mes repas et apprécier une gastronomie locale préparée avec goût et de qualité au sein de l'hôtel . J'ai aimé le bonjour et le sourire de tous , y compris du personnel en formation . Enfin , le rapport qualité prix est excellent .

“The chateau is fully renovated with modern fixtures comfortable beds, updated electrical and a great bathroom with a soaker tub and enclosed shower. The highlight of our visit though, was Miriam, the housekeeper. Although her English was basic, she tried extremely hard to make sure she understood our needs.
