I was told parking was included but when I checked out I was charged an Extra 10 Euros for parking. What made it worse when I checked in there was a Free parking space right next to the hotel. I don't like surprises and should be rebated the 10 Euros. |

Location superb for walking to the Seine and equal close to the pedestrian area,easy to find with good car parking lovely dining area with exceptionally nice staff |

The staff is very friendly and the hotel facilities quite good for its price. The location is fantastic, overlooking the river and near the Cathedral A little bit difficult to find parking if you arrive late |

old fashioned French homey style, central location the arrangements for escape during a fire were worrying and the wiondows are not safe for children. Also no air con, so can be noisy leaving windows open all night in warm weather. |

The hotel was situated in a perfect location with parking on the doorstep. Ideal base for seeing the historic city, restaurants and bars. The shower in the room did not have a bracket on the wall, so found it extremely difficult when washing hair!!! |

The hotel locates 5 min (on foot) away from the sightseeing spots and you can find many restaurant. It is easy for me who visited the town for th efirst time. They speak English poorly. |

We were warmly received by the evening personel. Good location close to the cathedral, but... ... very noicy in the evening/night if you happen to have a room to the street. There are several nightclubs in the area - which becomes very clear when they close at 3-4 o'clock in the morning. |

Helpful staff, very nice breakfast with a pleasant dining area. The rooms were clean. Nice location in the city. We had upper floor rooms and the slanting roofline on the side of the room made it a difficult to stand upright in part of the room. I suspect that that wouldn' t be the case on the rooms in the lower level. |

Excellent location – quiet but close to essential sights. Owner and staff friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. Disappointed on this our second visit as made booked over month in advance requesting big room. Ended up with tiny room, peeling wallpaper, shower screen flooded floor. When complained they said they did not have alternative room except one on top floor (stairs from floor below) with view only of sky! |

the hotel was clean and warm. It was central to Rouen. the furniture in the room was shabby, although the room looked like it had been recently decorated. |
