Clean, convenient location .

Room too small No parking Had to wait at 4:30 pm for thé room to be cleaned.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were super friendly. The beds were very very comfortable and it was very central close to train station and anything we needed. You just felt welcomed straight away. The staff also spoke very god English

It was Valentine's night and the night was really noisy!

Very nice location to visit the city center, good commodity and good staff. Also the room is clean every days and the free wi-fi are plus for this hotel.

I get unlucky with the weather and even for warming the room, the single glass don't help the task. But was a "OK" temperature.

- Central location - Not too expensive

- Very noisy. You can hear people talk in the other rooms. Also there's a night club nearby and you can hear the music and people shout all night. Lots of cars too. - There's mold on the walls - The bathroom is tiny and the shower even more

My room on the fourth floor was very cosy and comfortable.

shower had no attachment so was not easy to use. There was barely anything to eat at breakfast all the cossiants had gone and very limited choice. There should have been a top up of food. I arrived at 08.10am for breakfast.

Great location between river and cathedral, very friendly and helpful staff, great Cambodian restaurant round corner lots of others within east walking distance.

The walls were very thin, I could hear everything from other rooms, made it difficult to sleep

Parking nearby was not easy

It was close to everything,the staff where very nice and helpful,it was very clean,I would stay again.

The bed was tiny,our room had a strong smell of paint,it was noisy on the street side.

The location of the hotel was great and there was parking quite close by, although we had to pay for it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was strong and hot.

The room was very small, and we chose not to have breakfast as it seemed really expensive for what was offered.

The hotel was situated very close to all the lovely "must see" sights of Rouen. It is easy walking distance to the cathedral, Eglise de Jeanne d'Arc, la grosse horloge and lots of shops and restaurants also. It is also very close to the river. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay there.

Hotel de Paris has a very good quality/price relation. The peolpe at the front desk were always very nice and helpful. New and nice bathroom. Good internet conection, accesible from the room, and already included in the price. The ubication is also one of the best things. It is in the city center and very near the metro station.

Very pleasant receptionist welcomed us and was extremely helpful.

Breakfast was expensive and not very good. Charged for two nights but only stayed for one night. Did not notice until looked at bank account and have now asked for a refund for the overcharging. Will wait to see how quickly they react and what their reaction will be...

we did not get the room which we saw and reserved on "booking ' site very small bathroom, needs to open the door for move arround'. shower should be fixed

Location was good.

The public parking near the hotel is free between 7pm-10am. Outside those hours, there is a 2hr maximum parking restriction. The nearest private car park was full when we got there. Mattress is softer than we prefer.

The location of the hotel is ideal and is within 5 minutes walk to the cathedral, the clock and 10 minutes to the gallery. Easy 15 minute downhill walk from the train station too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and room was clean, only issue was the bathroom but I think they are slowly doing up the hotel so this will probably not be an issue is some rooms. Good value for money since location was so good.

Our room did not look like the photos. I suspect that they are doing up the rooms but we were stuck in one of the old ones with an old shabby bathroom that needs to be pulled out - it's mouldy and generally old and crappy. Street is very noisy at night on weekends and the walls were also thin so it can be very noisy in the rooms, especially if you have loud neighbours like we did. Furniture is also old and past it's day.

Good staff( friendly and accommodating), breakfast was tasty and fresh, location was very central.

A fair bit of noise on the street every night/early morning, particularly at 4-5 am. There must be a bar around the corner. We had the windows open to keep cool, so it was noisy for long periods at that time every night. Our room was on the top floor, and the ceilings/wall on one side was very sloped (our windows were sky lights actually, very nice sky lights really). This made the room somewhat cramped, as the lack of vertical wall made for less usable space, and at 6'2", I hit my head a number of times. Just would have preferred more height.

Best situated in the old town area, 2min walk from the wonderfull cathedral, shopping good restaurants and all tourist seigths are very close too very helpfull staff, nice efficient nice decorated room on request possible cheap loundry service (wash and dry, not ironed what we not needed) in 24h

As we left they said my case had knocked the wall and some of the plasterhad been knocked off. but there was no plaster on my case . when in fact the door has such a strong spring on it you have problems trying to leave the room with your luggage and i knocked my arm quite bad :( the room was quite shabby in plases
