The hotel was very central in Lourdes and was literally 3 mins walk from the domain enterence. The staff where very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good value for money. Only ate there one evening the menue was basic but adequate. Would recomend this hotel to stay in and when returning to lourdes i will be staying here again. The only drawback in the hotel was the bathrooms when a bit on the small side.

The hotel is very close to the Grotto and church, and was also very clean and comfortable. The free wifi was also a bonus, although could only be used in the foyer. The room was a little small and bare, and also felt a bit claustrophobic due to the very low ceiling, so ask for a large room if you are claustrophobic

Trato en recepción, ubicación para peregrinos, instalaciones planta recepción, cafetería y comedor Desayuno caro en relación calidad precio y mal presentado . No me parece normal que hagan la habitación cuando todavía no la has dejado , estando el equipaje sin cerrar (no eran todavía las 10 am.)
